Clean room, comfortable bed. Everything offered in description was there in the room. Loved the coffee bar and fridge that worked as it should! (Many others dont!) Staff was quick to help and friendly. I had checked in a bit early, yet they put me in a room right away! The staff on check out was quick and helpful. Coffee in lobby was wonderful and hot. My sleep was not interrupted and hotel was quiet! The AC was amazing and loved the option to crack open the window in the morning to take in the fresh pine air! Location was very close to the FT TUTHILL park that I was visiting as well! Pet areas were both in front and back, so you could feel safe when using it in the evening hours. Bags were stocked for use if needed. Very welcoming!

Only major concern was the pet areas provided. They were gravel or cinder type rock. Not good for pets feet but I assume easy to maintain or clean. My dog did not want to use them, so I had to seek out a better area for her. Even plain dirt would have been more welcoming than the harsh material provided. Price a bit more than others in the area, but understand the reason.

Breakfast included a high quality wide choice (even porridge, ideal as on a diet!). Waiting staff were attentive and pleasant. Also the case on Reception. The room and bathroom were excellent. Very clean. Would even go as far as to say home from home. The atmosphere was just pleasant. A bonus was free use of the electric car charger. We stayed 3 nights and only had to wait to plug in once.

We loved staying here. This was our halfway stop to home and it was so comfortable and relaxing! It was clean, and the beds were so comfortable! Our battery had died so in the morning we had a small problem but the hotel had a battery charger and sent out a maintenance man to help us, which he was so kind and patient!

Even though our check-in was a little rough, at no fault of the staff, everyone was understanding thoughtful and gave great directions for our bank. Next time, I carry my credit card and not leave them home.

Flagstaff in itself is a horribly laid out and planned city. Handicapped parking downtown is non-existent, and accessible eateries or shopping barely exists. Traffic is overwhelming, and drivers are extremely short tempered.

What didn’t I like about the property should be the question. It was wonderful!!! The location, staff and cleanliness were top of the line!

The pillows in the room aren’t the best, but I haven’t been to any hotel that I have liked the pillows. They just have no fluff to them and flatten immediately

The location and setting was extremely relaxing. The rooms were very comfortable. The bed was excellent! The breakfast offered a nice variety for everyone. The fruit quality, incredible! Very polite staff.

It was nice but most importantly it was super close to where my son’s game was at. Which is why we was there.

I have a really sensitive nose so i smell everything and the carpet in our room smelled really bad.

Breakfast should be included in price of the room. Didn’t try- seemed expensive. Had to go out and find breakfast.
