The location and parking met our needs well. The room was clean, the carpet was worn, the microwave and fridge worked and were quiet, there was an iron which proved helpful and the bathroom was sparkling. The breakfast was sufficient tho there was little variety and not as high quality as we'd have preferred.

The carpet was worn with scuffs and even a burn mark but it was clean. The cooling unit was very loud. The breakfast was sufficient tho but lacking variety and not very good quality. Unripe oranges with no other options. 1 type of cereal, dry plain bagels, overly moist eggs, there was an option to make waffles or pancakes which we did not try.

The room was a decent size! The bathroom was a bit cramped, felt a bit like being in a tiny little closet, but it was clean! Bed was comfortable enough, better than most other hotel beds I've come across. The staff was great, we ended up with a spat of food poisoning during our stay and they quickly arranged and added another night to our stay - we are very grateful for that. Breakfast was great, pretty basic but good variety with a good size space for guests.

Everything was a bit rundown and dated - it was clean but didn't seem it at first glance due to that. Dents and gashes in the tub, old faucets, appliances.

Comfy bed, quiet night, AC works great! Room was small but quiet and comfy.

Access from road is sketchy, only 1 elevator that you need room key to access, and a huge tour bus got in just after us, so we had to push our way through, and find stairs, to the 3rd floor room. I know that it was just bad timing, and not the hotel's fault about the huge group, but they need to have more than one elevator. Terrible breakfast layout spread out across three rooms with no real organization, and due to the HUGE bus group that was there the same time as us, we had to fight our way thru to get just the one or two things we were willing to take a chance on... I was only willing to eat the eggs, the sausages looked raw, was nervous that I would end up sick.

On a hill, off the main road (so little to no street noise), close to many restaurants, gas & short distance to Amtrak Station, which is why we stayed here at the beginning & end of a family members train trip. Small, but nice stainless steel microwave & mini fridge (with a freezer that actually worked). Would stay here again.

It's dated & could use a few repairs here & there, but for the price, location and friendly & very helpful staff it's worth the stay.

Location central in Flagstaff near to restaurants n shops. Good overnight stay for going to Grand Canyon next day as well as longer stay to explore the town and Sedona. Room spacious, bed comfortable, AC working well and shower pressure is good. Breakfast was adequate with well stocked cereals, muffins, oranges , scrambled eggs ,sausage and waffles. Check in and check out smooth, staffs courteous.

Being near the pool was a plus. The room was clean and housekeeping was very helpful.

I informed the manager in charge that a group of people were intoxicated, and using vulgar language. In the presence of children. The manager told me, there was nothing he could do about the situation. I stayed in the same room for four nights. The same group of individuals were at the pool every day. The manager spoke down to me. So I dealt with the vulgar language.

It was great that breakfast ran until 10 AM. So many other hotels stop their breakfasts early to force people to check-out early. If you're not an early morning person, that's a drag!

Making sure all breakfast items are available the whole time. The waffle batter ran out by 9:30 and wasn't replenished. The other complaint is that the door knob to the bathroom in the breakfast room was loose and one couldn't tell if it was locked or not and since it wobbled so much it was very hard to use.

Everything was good ! There was an Indian bay who helped us a lot! Very obedient very help full, hw made our stay very very plesent! Breakfast was excellent , lot of varieties ! Lot to choose ! All excellent !

Only problem was Hotel did not want to book taxi for us, they say they do not get involve for those, even we spoke to the owner hesaid he cantdo and gave us some Numbers to call, that was bad , terrible , since our canada sim card was not working in Flagstaff ,

This place is just great and with a very affordable rate ! room was clean, WIFI/TV/aircon were working well. Nice swimming pool and hot tub located behind the building, means very quite. Actually the hotel is a bit above the main street, small hill, so you really don't hear any traffic. The breakfast was also excellent including bacon ! When I was there, some maintenance work was (remodeling), but nothing to worry about.

Only negative remark, I had issues connecting to WIFI since at check-in the lady did not tell me about the "special action" to be done when confirming the connexion. Nothing complicated, but would have been nice to inform me before I had to go back to front desk to ask what's going on.

Great Breakfast (has waffle maker) Good Coffee, juice, muffins and other goodies. The room was nice and included a desk, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. (yay) Our room was near the pool and yet it was pretty quiet. Loved that the pool was heated and clean as with the Jacuzzi/Spa/Hot Tub.

Didn't love that the Railing that goes into the Spa was hanging on by a thread... uh, screw, and was not as secured to the base as it should be. The ceiling of the room let us know that the room above had plumbing issues. It had been patched but not finished (orange peel knock down texture & Paint). Other than that, our room was clean, cozy, quiet.
