Checking in was easy and efficient, plenty of free parking spaces. Room was big and both double beds really comfortable. All in-room facilities as described

Only two minor niggles. The coffee maker was working, but the plastic tray that held the coffee bag was difficult to remove and hot water splashed onto your hand when you tried to hold the tab at the side of the tray when removing it. Secondly the shower curtain didn't remain on the rail close to the shower head (there was nothing to hold it in place) so there was a risk of water splashing outside the bath unless you could retain the curtain in place somehow

The breakfast was was nice, but and the facilities were nice. I did like that. It was dog friendly, even though we did not have our dogs with us.

Unfortunately, the staff at this location that you had to look at face-to-face had no customer service skills whatsoever. You should probably invest in teaching them how to treat a customer. We stood at the elevator for over 10 minutes while your employees used it to move their car up and down from the floors, this to me is not customer friendly whatsoever. You can definitely improve on this, and as I said before, there are classes that you can send your people to for this thank you. We will not be returning to your hotel.

My stay at La Quinta hotels

The breakfast was not fully stocked at 8:00 am for those of us that sleep in and not up at 6 am. I could not get a waffle as the staff person told me it would take her 1 hour to make the waffle mix, that's a joke. I guess I was out of luck. The breakfast should be refilled until the end at 9 am. Those that sleep in should not be penalized. The fruit was very low stocked, muffins were all gone as well. There was not much left to eat at 8 am. For the price you pay for a room there I expected breakfast as promised. There were others also looking for the waffles and confused on where the batter was to make them. I was very disappointed in the breakfast choices that were left.

Overall, we found the room relatively clean. There were also a lot of great amenities. We did not use the pool, but the gym was a nice end to a long day. The room was extremely spacious. The breakfast was also good with both hot and to-go items. The 24/7 coffee bar was a nice end to the day and start to the morning. The heater/AC worked well.

With Google maps, it was easy enough to find but without it, it would have been challenging. The room smelled a little bit (not sure if it was the carpet). Our room was closer to the back of the hotel, so we used the entry closest to our room, but there was no ramp up to the parking lot, so loading our vehicle was a challenge.

Overall clean, no weird smells, it was quiet for the most part and a very good location while still being peaceful. Nice view of the nearby mountain, staff was all friendly and I didn't have any transactional issues. The breakfast is nice in general, with decent quality food and options. Very nice place if you're staying with a dog.

The breakfast area is a bit cramped for how busy it can get in the morning. The exterior doors fail to unlock often, forcing you to keep trying or wait for someone to come out for you. House keeping bothered us at 8:30pm despite our sign being up - and shortly after the front desk called for a "welfare" check which was further bothersome. Leave me alone!

This is one of my favorite La Quintas. I find that it is always clean and well maintained. Even on the busy nights, there seems to be enough parking. It is set in an area where there are many trees which I find beautiful and comforting. It is in a nice neighborhood yet close to a busy street where there are many different choices for dining. Very pet friendly with a courteous and friendly staff.

Perhaps a different choice of meats for breakfast. The sausage is grey, and I prefer it to have a seared color to it. Maybe a choice of bacon instead. Other than that, I find this La Quinta to be a really good stay for a fair price.

I booked on a whim and I am glad that I did. I fogot about the time change, yet the staff person signing me in was gracious. The facility is so clean!! The room was large with all the ameneties needed. The bed was great and even though I could hear some talking in the halls, the room was quiet. It appears that "pet rooms" are separate from non pet rooms, thank you!! I definitely recommend this facility.

Not being able to pay cash for the market store items. Not being able to enter using the outside door by the elevator.

Clean rooms, good breakfast selections, helpful staff and convenient location. We stayed here four nights and found it to be a good central location to drive to many attractions-Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon, Montezuma Castle, Meteor Crater, Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater, Snowbowl, etc. There are many restaurants nearby-even ones within walking distance. It is close to Old Town Flagstaff. The area of Flagstaff that the hotel is in, seems to be undergoing lots of updates in roads, housing and shops.

The bathroom was a little on the small side and the swinging door was awkward.

the breakfast here is fantastic - eggs, bacon, sweet options, good coffee, juices...you name it. The hotel has an outdoor pool and hot tub. Parking is super easy. Hotel is updated and new. Check in was painless and fast. so was check out. Location is great.

the door to the bathroom wasn't a real door, the fan in the bathroom was extremely, but extremely loud and the bathroom door didn't have any soundproofing (actually, it had a rather large gap). I don't think these were queen beds, the beds here were much more narrow.

Perfect location to attend Pickin' in the Pines bluegrass festival, a straight shot down Beulah/89A to the fairgrounds; we never had to get into Flagstaff traffic except one night when we wanted to go to a restaurant near downtown. Dog friendly, comfortable, good breakfast. Several stocked dog relief areas around the building, much appreciated - I've been to other places where my dog couldn't figure out where to go.

I wished there was a quicker way to pay for items at the little snack market. Maybe a self-checkout? I had to wait for another guest to finish check-in so I could pay the only staffer for my $2 item.
