Great location. Good size rooms, extremely clean, soft comfy sheets but lumpy small square pillows. They have a washer and dryer for guests! Rooms with microwave, mini fridge and a night light in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok; included cheese omelette and sausages. Coffee shop, gas station, Natural Grocers right across the street. Staying in the south side u can hear sirens pretty loudly.

Stayed on a weekend and breakfast seating was limited. Not enough table/chairs options. Needs better space planning. Not a deal breaker, just FYI. Might have to eat in the lobby or ur room.

Good value for money, ample parking, comfy bed and especially the location. Within walking distance to downtown, while also conveniently close to the highway, facilitating car access. We'd park the car after a full day exploring Northern AZ, then stroll around downtown to grab drinks and dinner stress-free.

A lot of street noise through the room windows. Also, the curtains had a gap where the panels were supposed to meet, which we were able to clip together with the trouser hanger (a travel hack we thankfully remembered). However, they were also too short, still allowing light to seep in. Needless to say, we didn't have the best sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and the shower was fantastic – just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Everything about our experience was excellent. We stayed here twice: once on our way to our destination and again when returning, and both stays were consistently great. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Nothing, Everything was great!

The view from our room was awesome and the room was quiet. Loved the location. We were able to walk all over town easily. We only stayed 2 nights, so we didn’t require our room to be serviced. However, to was pleased with the hotel housekeeper cleaning the rooms next to ours. She was very polite and I was very happy she took initiative and asked if we needed new towels or anything else. Great Service!

The entire hotel smelled like cleaner Pine-Sol. Glad to know everything was clean, but it irritated our sinuses. Even the room had the strong odor of cleaner. The breakfast was basic, so we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We opted to go into town.

The staff were so helpful. Our flight was delayed, then cancelled; our second flight was delayed twice. We actually ended up checking in at 7am instead of midnight the night before. The front desk agent was so kind, he told us that we could get breakfast that morning too and to throw our do not disturb sign on the door, and bless his heart he explained where the gym and the pool were too.

The parking lot was a bit of a tight squeeze, which really sucked when others were bad at parking. But we always found a spot.

Traveling with my family (2+2), we had the chance to stay in beautiful and picturesque Flagstaff. We found a hotel that seemed to be the best available, and indeed, I have to admit, it’s probably one of the best hotels in this price range in Flagstaff. The room was huge—practically big enough to skateboard in. The hotel is very clean and modern, with a central location. It’s within walking distance to downtown, where you can enjoy delicious food and fantastic coffee. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. It was quiet and peaceful, with stunning mountain views from our room. There are shops, a gas station, and cafes nearby. Don’t forget to visit Galaxy Diner to experience the 1950s vibe. We recommend it to all travelers looking to rest and relax during their journey and maybe even stay a few extra days at this hotel.

The young man at the front desk was not very friendly I check to make sure places are dog friendly this one said it was. When we walked in he started in on me about how he better be a service dog and quiet At this point it was already almost 8 pm and we had been in the road for awhile. My puppy didn’t mage a sound which is normal so not sure where this kid was coming from. Telling be do t let the manger catch him making noise he will charge you.

Nice that their good breakfast, afternoon cookies, and parking were included in the price. The amenities were a great deal & in a great location into the downtown. We were impressed that this hotel was the cleanest hotel that we had been to in their category. The front desk was friendly and the housekeepers and kitchen were extremely helpful.

Only minor issue was the bathroom door could’ve been either a barn door or pocket door. The current door swung closely into the toilet. The sink also didn’t drain as quickly.

This is a nice, clean chain hotel. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was good and exactly what you would expect - eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc. It is located in an area of other chain hotels and is a safe, easy walk to the downtown area. I would not hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I took a walk and got an ice cream at DQ just a few minutes away and wanted to sit at one of the outside patio tables to enjoy our treats. Unfortunately there was a very rough-looking, loud, obnoxious group (definitely not staying at the hotel) sitting at one of the tables and we didn't feel comfortable sitting there so we went up to our room. I didn't want to complain to the management and I don't know if they would have done anything anyway.

The breakfast was delicious and I am glad there were a lot of options, My 6 yr old is a picky eater and she had a good amount to choose from. The room is really nice, not too small nor too big, the beds were very comfortable for my little ones and I. I had some issues checking in, it was a long day too. But the staff at the front desk let me check in anyway and told me, that they'll call when they can help me resolve the issue, after checking in. I really appreciated that.

Maybe more towels available in the room. Other than that, there is nothing I see that needs improvement. I was really impressed with the hotel and its welcoming atmosphere.
