Our large family loved this location. The area felt very safe. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast food was great with a nice variety to choose from. The cooks were fast and friendly. Fresh to order omelette bar and French toast. Coffee was good. Dining area was kept very clean. The plants and koi fish inside make for a pleasant ambiance. The outdoor pool was heated and we enjoyed swimming, the swimming area was also clean. Our room was big and beds were comfortable. The rooms do need a little updating to the tv stands and carpets. But the room was clean. Anything we needed we sent a text to the host and the items were promptly brought to the rooms. We would definitely stay again.

We liked that they would make what you like for breakfast. Staff were friendly, and the location is excellent. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and in our spacious suite.

The ice machines were out of order, and the refrigerator in our room didn’t cool properly. We were unaware that the hotel was in the process of remodeling, but it wasn’t too much of a disruption. We are looking forward to visiting again when remodeling is completed.

The location was great. It was near to a shopping center with nice restaurants and AMC theaters. We felt safe going for a walk.

The shower faucet was loose, and it needed to be fixed. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The shower has a little bit of mold in the walls. The complimentary happy hour was very simple compared to other Embassy Suutes... chips, salsa, watermelon, wine, budweiser, and budlight (woke beer 😖 )

This place is soooo beautiful- the gardens and waterway filled with fish and turtles! The heated salt water pool!! The excellent delicious breakfast!!! Staff are friendly and attentive. We had family visit and it was so enjoyable. Happy hour drinks and snacks much appreciated. We will be back 😊

The property is great but rooms are tired & need help! In bathroom, hot water facet in sink couldn’t be turned off! wasting precious water! The sheets were very worn & didn’t look clean or feel fresh! The same in bathroom! Mold in bathroom on corner floor. The hotel is in such a great location! This hotel should be outstanding as it use to be! we have come to this Embassy Suites Biltmore for years & sad to see the decline!!!!!

Breakfast was good, but one suggestion they can separate out the egg omelettes for vegetarian and non-vegetarian

Because the construction is going on, so if maybe not daily, but every other day they can wash the small plants which located inside the water that’s look a little bit bad when you see the dust all around it

Location is convenient. Hotel is nice and clean. There is swimming pool. Guests have 2 complimentary drinks during happy hour. The hotel also offers snacks at this time. Breakfast is good with many options. Receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful.

We have stayed numerous times and love this hotel. Beautiful and comfortable.

Room 421 had a bad bathroom. Cracked sink, cracked bathtub and weird tiling around the door. Just shabby. Check it out Hilton. Also I wasn't happy about $14 parking fee per day. Come on that is greedy. I truly enjoy this place and will be back but hopefully not in Room 421.

Friendly staff and very visually appealing layout.

The thermostat in the room doesn't truly let you control the temperature. There's even a sign above it saying the whole hotel is on an automatic system that will adjust the temperature as needed. Needless to say it felt very hot and humid in the room the 2 nights we were there.

Centrally located - close to stores, movie theater, pool. gym, social hour and breakfast were great

I did miss not having a hot tub by the pool - one day the pool was so cold - the hot tub would have been nice or great for my feet after a long day
