We were not there very long. We only traveled for one night at Whiskey Row. Basically, we only slept there. Took an Uber to Whiskey Row and that was only $5 each way so it is close but we did not want to walk. I would stay here again. There was only one draw back, the front desk lady. I will explain below.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in was less than friendly. No smile, no nice words, just outright grouchy. Maybe she was having a bad day, I do not know, but you are in the service industry so bust a smile or a pleasant word at the very least. I don't think she even said anything to us except maybe "name?"

Clean, quiet, comfy, managing couple was LOVELY, perfectly located just close enough to the Square but far enough to be away from the bustle. Perfect value for the money and for the overnighter we needed. Loved the charm!! Will stay there next time we are in town.

Not a complaint, just an observation for other travelers: this is a slightly outdated NO frills roadside motel. If you need Egyptian cotton, a workout room, mini sundries from Ulta and a community waffle maker, this isn't it.

The room was very clean and well stocked. It had a refrigerator, micro and coffee maker. A nice desk to work on and the beds were oh soooo comfy. There was even a BBQ in the courtyard ! We will most certainly stay there again...best value for our money !!!!

Cleanliness, no strong odors, quiet. I lost my hearing aid and hope it is found.

Communications were a bit off. We were told we cancelled, when we did not. We said is it possible to not have strong scents due to asthma?

Room was quiet, clean and cozy, and they had the heat on which was so appreciated as it was really cold outside. Also the bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before and they heater didn't work correctly and the bed was horrible so I extra appreciated The Heritage House room!

Easy to get to. Kept up very nicely. Clean. Towels, fresh and clean sheets, fresh and clean.

You’re getting the usual low end motel amenities. Just the basics. Not really a complaint.

Location good. Clean and comfortable.

Returned in early December and rate was increased over 30% due to Christmas Event. That priced me out of using the motel. I wish there was a price break for those who use the motel a lot.

Clean, it’s old but well kept. If you get a room on the East side it’ll be very warm in summer. Nothing to complain about.

The A/C was a bit weak. Bed was hard.

Close to central Prescott. Place was clean. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

No real complaints. It didn't have clothes washing facilities. Didn't have a restaurant.

The staff was friendly. It had a designated smoking area. The ammenities (microwave, fridge and coffee) were great. The place smelled great and was very clean. We also loved how it was close to downtown
