"Patricia" at the front desk (works afternoons) was exceptional. She went above & beyond, very patient & so kind, in helping me work out booking the room through "Booking.com" on my phone and several times assisted w/T.V. Always with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart. She should be elected Employee of the Month

Breakfast ! So underwhelming. Sausage gravy & biscuits & waffles were the choice. No proteins, no eggs. But, the mini muffins and choice of juice was good.

Overall great beds and very comfortable. Property is kept up well. Staff very personable and helpful. My only wish was that the hot water would have been a litter "hotter". I personally like a hot shower at the end of the day and the water just needed more heat. Otherwise no other problems and would book again.

It was a nice sitting area. Things were arranged nicely. Staff were pleasant. I liked the ice machine. I was happy you were able to accommodate our needs for handicap access.

Breakfast was lacking, there was no microwave. The donuts and pastries some were old and rock hard some had been frozen and thawed so they were wet and soggy, poor selection of teabags and the brand was very bitter tasting. Would have been nice to have had some hot cocoa packets for those of us who don't drink coffee and the kids. I've never been where there weren't bananas either, I don't like apples and am allergic to oranges. I made a waffle that was great but then the butter was so frozen you couldn't spread it.

I like that it was clean and there was always a staff member at the desk.

I didn’t like that the staff members did not ask the guys that has kids to respect the other guests and not have their kids running and screaming in the hallways. Also i do appreciate that the facility has a bug guy come out and spray however I did not enjoy the room smelling of bug spray.

The location was near our family. The room was clean. We were able to get extra pillows. Julianna was warm and welcoming. We were able to get a handicapped room that had hand rails in the bathroom.

The bed was too high and the only other place to sit was on a rolling chair. It was difficult for seniors with mobility issues.

Patricia at the front desk was so kind and helpful and patient with me & husband with our trials operating the tv. She was just so cheerful.

Breakfast. This felt a little lacking. No eggs or sausage or bacon. Not everyone wants muffins and waffles.

Nice rooms, spotless clean, staff was very friendly, easy check in. Love having the option to buy beer, sodas in the refrigerator section also lots of snacks, great convenience at a decent price! I would definitely stay there again! Decent price for the room also.

I wish there had been a coffee machine instead of the thermos type. Only got one lukewarm coffee before it ran out. Would have been nice if breakfast items were ready at 6-6:30am to get on the road earlier. Maybe add a hot breakfast selection.

Room was clean. Location is very near many chain restaurants and food stores. Breakfast was good. Didn't use the pool or workout space.

Make it clear that there is another Hampton Inn closer to Prescott. I didn't realize this and booked the wrong location. The hotel was fine but I preferred to be closer to work.

Check in personnel was great and polite, breakfast was delicious, room was gorgeous. Great location and very quiet. Liked the shampoo and conditioner bottles that were mounted in shower. The way the floor was done in the room was just amazing, could tell it was recently remodeled. Will definitely be back!!

Bed was a little hard but it's expected for motels.

Travel direction on entrance at highway 69. Too heavy of comforter for summer, we avoided running the air conditioning.
