The historic location and the history of this property. Our room was charming and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. Pretty good amenities for a small room. Pretty nice view of the patio where they had vendors and karaoke. Steve and Nick were fantastic and had some great stories and fun facts about their hotel and the Prescott area. Will definitely come back!

The stairs are steep and creepy, especially the ones in the back. It comes with the property, though, and makes a fun story!

This is a historical property right in the middle of Whiskey Row and across the street from the Courthouse Square, lovely community walk around square with large trees and benches, we love the location. The rooms are done very nicely, to period and very comfortable, we were close to hiking, kayaking and restaurants! They also have very nice event space!!

We love the location and ease of the stay. Convenient, easy to check in/out. Steve at the front desk is very helpful and accommodating. This was our 3rd stay this year.

The room we got this time was pretty small, but it was still clean and comfortable. Could use more wall outlets but it's an old building. Wish we had a small fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Location is prefect for exploring downtown Prescott. Room is nicely equipped and bed is comfortable.

Our room was located above the alley, which was somewhat noisy for a short time, this not fault of the hotel & it didn’t keep me from sleep, it’s the only I could come up with to answer this question.

I loved the location of this hotel and the staff was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I did not like the stairs. This made it very difficult to bring luggage up to your room and for people who have physical limitation. If there is an elevator then that should be offered to guests.

We loved the historic location! We shopped and ate in the square right outside. The room was very clean, loved the bathtub too! The bed was COZY, and I actually slept in! We will definitely stay again.

The rooms were very quirky - each one individual but great bathrooms. Coffee machine in room. Ideal for an overnight stay.

As we arrived a little late (6pm) we had to ask at a nearby shop how to contact the staff. Luckily a nice lady called the hotel number for us (I couldn't get through on my UK phone) & the guy explained the code & where our key would be. No lift & street parking.

Super clean and comfortable, great location and staff provided excellent local recommendations and directions. The shampoo and lotion were great quality.

The room door was broken and did not lock except from inside using chain, so we had to leave the room unlocked to go to dinner and breakfast.

Historic hotel right in centre of Prescott. Very comfortable, well renovated. Very good touch of white noise machine for bedroom so sleeping not a problem despite busy nightlife location.
