Clean rooms with great beds/pillows. Very close to about a dozen restaurants. The freshly-baked cookies were a nice touch during checkin, and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

It's difficult to walk to the restaurants. We were on motorcycles, so didn't want to gear up to ride. There is no direct route up towards the restaurants, so you either have to take a loooong loop around, or scramble up a big hill with loose rocks. Why no staircase?

VERY clean and new. Staff was extremely helpful. Offered complimentary shaving cream when she overheard us talking about buying shaving cream. Ours was confiscated at the airport, too big as a carry on. Warm cookies greeted us when we checked in. Once again, staff pointed us to the cookies. She was so kind and helpful. Please extend our sincere thanks. We are staying at another Holiday Inn as I respond to this survey at Holiday Inn Express Sedona Oak Creek. The check in was not pleasant at all. He was not very friendly.

We had an excellent breakfast and I was impressed to see that there was a business center for guests to use with a computer and a printer. The girl who checked us in was great. We had a problem with the lock on our room so she immediately took us to a duplicate room on the 2nd floor.

Bathroom door opened in and to the left and it was very awkward to get around it. If it opened in to the right or opened outward it would be easier to get in and to use the bathroom.

Amazing all around! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel after a spontaneous overnight stay. Everything from the staff, facility, breakfast, and even the friendly and inviting guests were just unlike any other hotel I have been to! When one enters the lobby you can smell how fresh, modern and clean the place is. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and have a great layout to store, lounge and sleep! The indoor pool was the ultimate cherry on top of a perfect stay! Kiddos and adults alike could be seen having a good time in the pool and jacuzzi it was such a hit with my family. The breakfast was beyond delicious for a buffet style everything felt and tasted fresh. The attendants were all so sweet and attentive! I could not have asked for a better experience. I hope the staff working on 7/9/23 get the recognition they deserve! :)

More parking spots would be greatly appreciated especially when the hotel anticipated a full house! :)

Breakfast not all that good. The pancakes were like rubber. Everything else was average typical free breakfast. It was sufficient, but there were a few other motels in the past that had superior offerings. The hard boiked eggs were semi-frizen

Better breakfast options/variety - maybe bacon and hashbrowns

We booked a 2 queen suite which had a sofa bed. Large room. Appeared very clean. Loved the walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The suite is divided into two rooms. Comfy beds. Two tvs. Perfect for traveling group of 5. The hotel appears recently remodeled. Indoor pool, but we didn't have the opportunity to use it this trip. The rate was reasonable for what we got. Staff were friendly. Check-in and out were smooth. Right next to Prescott mall.

My bed wasn't to comfy. Had a rough night sleep for most the trip. Had two queen beds. My wife's bed was more to my liking. We split beds since Had our daughter with us and she still 2 years old and worried she might fall off bed. Since she to big for crib now. Parking always hard at this location. (Did see they were redoing Parking lot though, this go around)

Very clean and modern amenities. Spacious bathroom with grab bars in the tub/shower. It was nice to have a separate living room to relax in.

The couch was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! It seemed old and warm out. Cushions were flat and the couch was very low to the floor making it difficult to get up.

The breakfast food had a great selection of choices and were different each day (1 day bacon, the next sausage). The Pancake printer was very fun to watch. The signs on the wall were fun to read. The front desk had plates and forks/spoons for eating leftovers in your room. Pool and hot tub were great. I saw the maintenance engineer check the water PH each day and also used his screwdriver to release the ball we got caught in the skimmer.

The bathroom door was in the way unless it was completely closed. There was building material stacked up outside our window that wasn't the nicest to look at. The drive up to the hotel was a little challenging based on the traffic on that specific part of the road at that time you were leaving or arriving.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Check in was easy, the staff was amazing and the facilities were amazingly clean. My bed was so comfortable in the king suite. It was quiet and the putdoor seating area was incredibly relaxing. Also, the free breakfast was great with alot of options and the staff always made sire to ask us if there was anything else we needed. This will always be my choice of hotel if I am ever in the area again.
