Nice breakfast, better than most we've seen at this type of lodging. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and shower. Bath sheet towels! Good WiFi and TV. Loved the bedside table USB ports. Friendly helpful staff.

Fridge was unplugged and in an inaccessible place for us to deal with, but the maintenance guy came the next morning and plugged it in, (he didn't say why it was unplugged). Glass shower door needed squeegeeing, but that's a nitpick.

Convinced to just about everything. Property was clean staff was great. Beds were great. Angela and Char Who took care of the breakfast did an awesome job there was 3 different groups of kids large groups maybe even more who some cleaned up some made a mess but these lady were on the job. They need a big shout out awesome lady very friendly and keep the place clean and stocked well way to go

The salt water pool was very nice. Wednesday breakfast was mini quiches, yum! Very courteous staff. Clean rooms. Clean linens. Always hot coffee and tea available. Close to Sprouts and good restaurants. Park in walking distance.

Beds were super squishy and not good for those with bad backs. Hot tub was broken for whole 5 day stay but we were compensated. Needs more handicap parking.

Room was comfortable and well designed. Location was great - next door to Sprouts and other stores, within 5 minute walk to Whiskey Row and multiple stores and restaurants. Area felt safe to walk through at night. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay. Not the best, but not the worst I have had in hotels. It was well serviced and area was kept clean.

Not much. Ice dispenser hard to use without ice bucket. I think the ice bucket was glued to shelf? Or stuck. It is a standard ice machine, but hard to capture ice with just using the small plastic bag.

It was difficult to get the temp in the room right, and the pillows were all too soft (which wasn’t a huge deal, I just piled a few together). The biggest issue for me was not getting the a/c to work properly for the room, and the amount of light that spilled in from the hallway through the gaps between the door/doorframe.

was a tiny bit disappointed, that no bottled drinking service was available in room every day, I need to drink at least 8 bottled water per day to stay hyderabad. I was given two bottled drinking water on 1st day an front desk informing me to come down and refill them at water cooler.: this was inconvenient since im healing from brocken necap . So I just drank tap water from my room ,gave me sever headaches 😩, but I survived, I fully enjoyed my 9 day stay at Springhill suites I will return to this awesome facility .thanking all for enjoying stay.

Great staff and location was perfect!

Our room wasn't freshened after the first of our two night stay. I even mentioned to a housekeeping staffer as we were leaving for awhile that the room was ready for service and she said she would make sure the person assigned to our suite would know. Other than that it was a pleasure staying at Springhill Suites.

Breakfast was very good.

It was indicated in the booking information that the total price for the room I used is $155. But I was charged additional $7.00 for parking that I think should have been included in the total price. Parking was mentioned with swimming pool and something else in your advertisement.

The room was amazing. Loved the suite section and the dualing tv's. The bathroom was very nice. The beds were comfy, comfy, comfy. Spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved our stay.

The breakfast was well-prepared by the nice staff however, the quality of the food was just 'meh'. I know everything is pre-packaged to a t but it was just ok overall.

rooms (2) were great (and adjacent) = quiet + dark to sleep + spacious + clean + microwave + refrigerator + near ice machine + near exit door and handicap parking + frindly staff + free breakfast + near whiskey row downtown

we paid for parking ($7) per day per room (= two rooms) but we had only one car !
