The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was nice with good water pressure. The room was spacious. My kids enjoyed the satellite TV. The pool looked clean and refreshing, though we didn't get a chance to swim on this trip.

The beds were harder than we prefer, and I would suggest bringing your own pillow because they were pretty flat.

Love the staff. ALL OF THEM are Cheerful, helpful and accommodating 😊I am sick, and I had a procedure (out patient) that morning and The manager allowed us to check in a little early so We didn't have to sit and wait in the hot car...I was very Thankful for her act of kindness🙏🏼It meant more to me than she could possibly know.💗 I stay there each time I have any procedures! I will be staying weekly as I"ll be starting Treatment soon!!! I'd Rather stay there than anywhere! I wish I had an apt. Breakfast was just a brown bag with a orange an apple and a granola bar

That booking .com didn’t get my request the way i asked for cause i asked for one rm with 2 queen beds for my son his girlfriend and my grandson instead i got a room with one queen bed so when i asked the motel about they gave me one but charged me an extra $70 so it was booking.com that made the mistake couldn’t get the tv to work right

Very clean & my bed was so comfy.... it would help if there was a light in the closet as I leave my suitcase in there when I reserve a room at Sierra Inn. I Love this location.... so quiet & away from everything!! and such a cute motel! And minutes away to Whiskey Row & all shops!! You run right into it! There's also a hiking trail close by, Acker Park I believe it's called.

The staff was very friendly, the area was very tidy and clean, well taken care of. I was very pleased with my stay and the value. I spent the same amount of money on a tiny room in phoenix that was awful. Unlike that one, it was a great value and in a great area, the room was comfy, spacious, clean, my favorite part was the light up mirror and the decoative chimney heater thing. I'm definitely looking here again when I visit.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like. My boyfriend mentioned something about the TV channels but I didn't mind it.

Older style property from back in the motor court Era. Small rooms, bathroom was recently updated. Great for an overnight stay.

Dark in the room. Opening curtains eliminated any privacy. Wake up call at 7:45 am when a loud Harley started and left!

Ease of check in and check out, quiet area, nice updated room. Staff is very friendly, beds are comfortable, and can easily black out the room for sleep. Very close to Whiskey Row and a couple softball fields.

Some work on cleanliness needed, like under the beds and repair on the shower head that sprays from the connector straight to the ceiling but otherwise very nice stay and would stay again.

It was small but cozy. The privacy was good for the closeness of units. Didn't hear any noises through adjoining walls. The small bathroom window with screen nice for letting fresh air in. The back window view was green with tree branches/leaves for shady, nature view. The hot water was quick to faucet. The Direct TV had great reception. The office staff and cleaning person we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Very good coffee in office in AM and a thoughtful 'breakfast to go" bag for anyone needing a little something to snack on, on departure. The price was good for this small but cozy room.

The mattress wasn't quite firm enough for my back. Found one black bug between sheet & blanket the 2nd morning. Parking was a tight and leaving out onto the street was a bit scary seeing cars coming from south on the curve was tricky.

The room was very clean and the AC worked very well!! The TV had great selection of channels the wifi worked better than my last hotel in Sedona!!!! The staff called me when I hadn't arrived and made arrangements for me to get there very late!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not say I didn't like but the room could have used a box of kleenex and a door rug inside the door since you do walk in directly from the parking lot. And full length mirror maybe to hang on the closet.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, and didn't have any carpet (I hate carpet!). Kitchenette was nice, I took advantage of the mini-fridge. Property was quiet and I had a very friendly stray kitty keep me company outside at night.

At check in, I was told there would be take-and-go breakfast items, but there weren't any the next morning. Just a coffee station.
