Breakfast person worked hard to ensure the area stayed clean and food fresh. She paid attention to detail- every time someone dropped stuff on the lid of the trash can she cleaned it. The waffle area was consistently freshened up. The front desk were introverts. Thomas the manager was GREAT!

the room staff did not check the bathroom amenities. The moisturizer (which is needed in the area) was out the first 5 days i was staying here. The coffee was replenished 2 out of 5 days with regular coffee. The pot cleaned once.

Breakfast awesome, staff very friendly and considerate. They were kind to accommodate my pet, even though extra charges.

very thin walls made it tough to sleep both night and daytime catch up nap. Extra pay for pet was unfair -- a refundable deposit would be understandable. I was in room with 2 double beds and it looked like two adults in that room was the same as one adult....but to have to pay extra money for animal likely to sleep on floor...?

We were here for a quick overnight stay before attending an event in Chino Valley the next day. It was perfect for us. Very clean room. Pets (dogs) are welcome! Possible fee. Comfy King bed. There was a nice little sitting area with a pullout couch between the bed and the bathroom. It would be a nicely sized room for a longer stay. The front desk staff were excellent.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I loved that they had a pool and hot tub but was not able to utilize them. I was just passing through, staying one night and seeing my friends for a few. I do plan on coming back to town for a longer stay and will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained, our room was clean beds were comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean, we enjoyed them. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety but what was provided was very good. The location was quiet and close to shopping and a few restaurants. Over all a good stay.

What we did not like was this hotel does not have an elevator. My wife has a physical disability and cannot go up stairs. We were originally assigned a room on the 2nd floor but when I explained our situation to the young man behind the desk he quickly gave us a room on the first floor. People need to be aware of this when booking, nowhere in the description does it mention this. Other than this it was a good enjoyable stay for us.

Location to family, pool, super clean dining room, dining room staff kept it and the food area immaculate. Friendly front desk staff and housekeeping.

No elevator. Even though only 2 floors it would be nice to have one for bringing up and down suitcases. Otherwise stairs ok. Wish pool opened earlier to accommodate the early risers who would like to swim or soak.

Very nice, newer hotel on Arizona Route 69, but back away from the road enough that road noise doesn’t make it to the rooms. Views of the nearby mountains in the Prescott National Forest are beautiful, especially when late Summer monsoon thunderstorms roll through. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, too.

Price on the Labor Day weekend jumped more than double, but a weekday Priceline/Booking.com reservation is a great price, and doesn’t get charged to your card until you check in.

No left turn when exiting the property. Must go right then U-turn. Seems that one of the exits was blocked off, making a longer walk to use the end or front entrance only. My room overlooked the back and I prefer to be able to see my car.

The staff was outstanding. Everyone, and I mean everyone that worked there, the Night Desk Guy, the breakfast staff, housekeeping, and the laundry room staff, were personable, professional, helpful, and gave the impression of a great place to work.

The late checkout I requested was granted. I was given an extra hour. We checked in around 11 pm. I've experienced a late check out to be late as 3 pm. I can't imagine anybody wanting to rushed out of a $200 room.

We just really enjoyed how helpful and friendly all of the Chino Valley Days Inn management and staff were, meeting all of our requests and needs. The rooms and facilities are modern, clean and quiet. Highly recommend!
