the room was great loved the "living room" and seperate bed room .. my husband stays up later then me and watches TV so it was nice to have seperate rooms. dog friendly is my favorite thing about this hotel chain. loved the bar although we did not visit this time .. it look like a great place to have a cocktail. Nice that food delivery is an option

the breakfast could use a little work. I like the breakfast but a little small for the amount of people that were in ther at one time ... i thought there would be a better desinaged dog area .. I felt bad having my dogs peeing on the grass as the cars were driving past

The waffles were good, the juice was good also. The variety of other foods was good. Toast, bagels and muffins! Friendly staff and very helpful!

The eggs could have been made from real eggs (not powder) and the sausage was too fatty. Turkey sausage as an option would be better. Or real bacon! Breakfast burritos would have been nice.Ham! We were there on a Wednesday and don’t know what was offered on the weekend. The butter was hard to spread(too cold, possibly unavoidable) but I was satisfied with it anyway. Just glad it was offered.

Room was clean and very beautiful, bed was nice and loved the hardwood flooring. The small patio was wonderful to enjoy outside weather. The 24/7 coffee and cafe machine was excellent! Coffee was very good too! The room was very spacious! Front desk clerks was helpful and was easy check in/and out. All staff were wonderful and loved the dogs, I received a 1st floor pet room as requested. The pet relief areas were AMAZING! Loved the grass and gravel options! As well as courtyard option for a middle of the night relief when pet needs to go out and you can feel safe. LOVELY hotel! Room service food was wonderful.

Lighting in bathroom very dim, there is no bright light option in bathroom or bedroom. The magnifying mirror was great but the light on it was also very dim. The noise from the outside traffic was loud and made it hard to sleep, I had to use AC fan to try to sleep. I wish the french doors were better sound proofed.

Breakfast was good, nothing special. Hours are to short. Should be open until 10AM. Location is great.

I was pretty sure I booked a handicap accessible room that was on the interior courtyard. It didn't happen. The phone in our bedroom didn't work. They never fixed it. There was no light in the coffee maker area. You could hardly see in there. The tv remotes batteries were bad and there was no bulb in the bedroom lamp. They fixed those things.

The room was comfortable and spacious. There was an echo in the room and limited channels but it wasn't a big deal. The shower had great water pressure. The patio was very nice, if I had more time I would've enjoyed coffee there. Breakfast was good but no potatoes were served. Learned the pub has live music and karoke during the week, too bad we missed it. Maybe next time. Will definitelty stay again.

Very good location, clean room on 1st floor, very quiet. Pub on site good for a quick bite but nothing fancy. I did not have breakfast as I had to fast for a medical procedure that following morning. My wife had breakfast said it was average nothing really special.

I felt the room was way overpriced as have stayed there in the past and was more reasonable. AS this was rodeo week, prices were "jacked up". I just needed a room for my medical procedure, nothing more.

I liked how they had a very beautiful courtyard for our dog to run around in.. there was a small bar and an awesome area for breakfast. I seen that they also had a barber shop area. And a weight room. Very neat. I also liked that the hallway was so large it had a couch to relax. And visit with others or wait for laundry to wash and dry.

There wasn't really anything I liked. Everything was amazing especially staying during a snow storm. It just felt so comfy and cozy.

We had to leave at 6:30am so we couldn’t have the breakfast. Earlier breakfast at 6am would have helped. I know it was a Saturday, but many people have to work Saturdays and have to be at work at 7am. Maybe some bread, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit can be served from 6 am and the rest set up for 7am? We work 12 hour shifts.

Price. We didn’t get breakfast, so a little discount would be nice. And more lighting in the parking lot

In door pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. The beds were pretty good. Staff was kind and personable.

The room didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. I found an empty Jack Daniels bottle in the closet and the bathroom trash hadn't been dumped. Just makes you wonder how clean the rest of it is?

Since I was moved to a different room because of pet ( prefer to access court yard from room) Why was I charged so much for second night. I prefer staying at your place for reasons 1) court yard easy from some rooms for pet 2) close to where I go for business trip 3) I believe this was my 4 or 5 stay with you Thank you William Knowles
