Everything about our room - decor and layout - was beautiful, functional, updated and comfortable. the hotel is perfectly situated in the downtown area, close to groceries, shops, restaurants. The staff very helpful and friendly. Have always liked the Hilton Garden vibe and this one is superb.

Bed could be a bit firmer and there could be towel racks or hooks in the bathroom for convenience and to promote re-using the towels for longer.

Upon entering the lobby, I thought where am I? Above and beyond my expectations, modern, clean, new, friendly staff. The room was exceptional, beautiful view, comfy bed, quiet, all the amenities. Restaurant downstairs was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. The room had a Keurig, microwave, fridge. In the lobby they had a little area for snacks and frozen items to heat up in the microwave. A+++

I wish the window opened. I would have preferred fresh air versus air conditioning. I didn't care for the air conditioner. It was either hot in the room or cold. Again, fresh air.... would have been exceptional. (or, a ceiling fan). Wish there was a balcony with the room. So instead, I went downstairs to sit outside on their patio. Super beautiful patio facing the park. Loved watching kids and families frolic in the grass and sprinklers. =-)

It was a great value for a great hotel. Walking distance to downtown Prescott restaurants. The staff recommended Limoncello Pizzeria for dinner and it was my favorite meal of the entire trip. The homemade saltwater taffy in the shop on the walk back is delicious. The hotel was pretty and clean. Would happily stay here again!!

absolutely nothing

The location, walking trails, easy access toiletries, snacks, and restaurant. The room was large and comfortable. The hotel was a great location for getting a new home there as well.

Two nights of our stay, we could hear the neighbor next door during the night. But you did offer ear plugs which helped.

This property is absolutely gorgeous from the natural landscape at the rear of the hotel, the restaurant and bar area, and details in our corner view room. The room was clean, the patio was awesome, and the shower was like getting a massage due to the water pressure. It was a quick, relaxing one night stay and my husband and I are already planning our next trip to this hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to some outstanding restaurants on Whiskey Row and there is a nice stream and walking and biking trail behind the property that is easily accessible.

If I had one thing to complain about, it would be the mattress. It was mostly comfortable, however it felt like I could feel some springs when laying on my side.

The location is walking distance to Whiskey Row and a shopping center across the street. The facilities were nice and clean from inside to outside. The staff was great, they have good customer service and recommended awesome hiking trails near by. No joke, the guy cleaning the parking kept the curb appeal looking clean. I would definitely recommend this place for a getaway with a partner or with the little ones.

They don’t really monitor the guest parking too much or unless it that was busy but the guest parking lot was full all the time.

Comfort, cleanliness, location.

Noise from hallway was the loudest I have ever encountered, together with a constant drip onto a metal plate in the shower that sounded like a doorbell ALL NIGHT LONG. For the price, i would have expected much better. Also, when you are charging $200/night, would it hurt to include breakfast?

Room was clean, restaurant and bar food were excellent. Staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work.

Liked all of it. I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels and this one was different . Far better than my experience at other Hiltons. Food and bar were Excellent !

They welcomed our boxer puppy. They were very clear about where she was allowed on property. Excellent location to whiskey row. Staff resteraunt suggestion were spot on. Especially Bill’s pizza. Also very comfortable bed. Slept great.

Wish we could have afforded to stay longer.

The location to the historic downtown Prescott restaurants, bars and shops is excellent. The staff at this very clean hotel are wonderful and very friendly. We stayed in a superb 4th floor corner king room with a balcony that was facing the park! The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good.
