First off, as in previous reviews the staff is excellent. Everyone I encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make my visit as pleasant as possible including recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, etc. Most of my communication was with Paula who I recommend for a raise. The room was comfortable, quiet and no issues with equipment. The room contained a nice size television (no casting available), a coffee maker (drip packet) and a good sized mini fridge. The lobby has a nice seating area along with a coffee/tea bar and a breakfast room. Breakfast is free and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, a waffle maker and an assortment of cereal, oatmeal and fruit. The hotel is on a hill which afforded nice views of the surrounding area. It is located an approximate 10-15 minute drive to the Whiskey Row area. Overall a great experience and I won't hesitate to book with them when back in Prescott.

Lovely lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.

Our room had a balcony with a view. However, the balcony was above a busy intersection on a very busy highway. Too noisy to enjoy - breaking trucks and motorcycles. Our room was decent. One lamp was missing a lightbulb and I tried to call the desk, but the phone didn’t work. Walked downstairs to get a bulb but maintenance had already gone. During the night, our toilet was plugged, but maintenance was gone until 7am. Maybe it was bad luck, but ask for a room away from the highway.

The lobby was so charming and inviting. Enjoy the complimentary breakfast outside on the terrace or next to a roaring fire in the dining area. We were traveling with a dog and they were very accommodating. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of the property suited us well because we were taking day trips toward Sedona and hanging around Prescott at night.

This isn’t a critique, but the only thing I could say is that our room was facing the main road and it was a bit noisy due to the traffic, but I think that’s because it was a pet friendly room.

Excellent independent hotel. Lobby area is spacious with lots of comfortable chairs & couches, and a fireplace. There’s even a small wine bar. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and have private balconies - some have great views. Breakfast buffet is included and was the best of my trip. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels - huge assortment. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Covered parking, and on-site Tesla charger was very much appreciated. Just a few miles to the downtown area.

LOVED everything about this hotel!! This hotel served the BEST breakfast that I have ever had, and I stay in quite a few hotels. Loved the charm of this place with the fountain in the courtyard right outside of our room with a balcony. Staff was over the top sweet and helpful!! When I go back to Prescott, I will only stay here from now on! So close to the lakes, great location

There was nothing I didn’t like!! Parking was not the greatest but not enough to complain about

The complimentary coffee bar and breakfast buffet was a big deal for us considering we had two children. The older lady who seemed to have worked the kitchen area was so understanding and nice with accidents occurring (on our behalf) we really appreciated her. All front desk employees were great with hospitality, provided great customer service and was very informative. A couple employees recommended some really good places for us to take the kids to and this is really what made our trip complete!

I do not know of the housekeeping policy, but assuming housekeeping was supposed to come on a daily basis, they did not come one day out of the four days we stayed (not too much of a big deal). Something that really disappointed me was that I found old chewed up gum stuck to the bedside lamp shade (but considering how understanding we are, this also was not a big deal to us). We’ll definitely be coming back!

Check-in was great. Lobby appearance is stunning. The surrounding forest is magnificent. My room was very clean. The shower was spotless, large, and very enjoyable. Breakfast was nice with wonderful pastry. Bacon overcooked, eggs did not seem real but there were chilled hard boiled eggs that worked well.

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, so not a decent night's sleep. I'd rate this stay a 10+ if the mattress had been good.

Overall, the hotel provided an exceptional stay. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the bed ensured a great night's sleep. The attention to detail and the quality of service made the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We couldn't find anything to dislike about our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and enjoyable experience.The decor was modern with an old world charm creating a touch of elegance, with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

I enjoyed the property not being in the downtown Prescott square. We had a scenic view of the snow covered mountains. And we didn’t have any issues driving less than 4 miles for meals and adventures. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Preferred the covered garage had more available spaces. We got snowed on and had to use trash bags to remove the snow. Breakfast was typical hotel version of hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes.

Loved the beautiful Dining and Living room area with the fabulous staircase. Also the grounds are very pretty offering many different places to enjoy. Free breakfast was way better than most hotels offer. The Dining area was not a cafeteria but a lovely room. Real places and silverware. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean. Service oriented employees. They kept fresh coffee bar with cookies baked onsight. 😋

The heater was a little noisy.
