The staff was so kind; friendly and helpful and made sure we were well taken care of! The fitness center is a plus for our family and they have what you need to get your workout in away from home! This location is close to restaurants and shopping and close to the major highways. Beds are so comfy! There is a fee for breakfast, but we always head to our favorite breakfast spot. Skip the hotel breakfast and head to First Watch! You won't be disappointed!

We hadn't been at this location for a while and when we arrived, we immediately noticed the signage for daily parking rates. This was a turnoff because it appears they are moving towards California in that they charge for parking. Each night is $10 and although may be a small charge for some, this isn't the way to win back customers. Looks like we will be checking out other great hotels in Tempe who do not charge for parking.

Staff was friendly and entire hotel was very clean. My room was well stocked with toiletries, coffee, and towels. My room was very quiet, too!

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I did not get a good night of sleep the whole time I stayed at the hotel. I was disappointed in this because I was so happy with everything else about my stay. I would have given a 10 if the bed had been more comfortable. Bad sleep impacts the quality of a vacation.

The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is so convenient… I come to visit my daughter and she’s only about five minutes away.

The only thing that would’ve improved my stay is my rental car was an EV, so a charging station at the hotel would’ve been helpful

The linens were clean and the thin comforter on the bed was a great improvement on the typical white thin blanket. It was very comfortable. The tv was great and the shades and darkening curtains were great!

I just don't like the bathroom doors. The sliding is fine, but when you slide it closed there is at least 1/2 inch opening on each side of the door. You feel like you have very little privacy. I dropped a pill and it rolled behind the bed. When I reached for it I saw how filthy the backs of the beds are.

Front desk individual at check in was RUDE !! Third visit using your hotel , I was so disappointed , have booked another visit with you , but have given serious consideration to looking elsewhere . Also new parking fee ?????

The omelets and breakfast. The pool and flexible staff. The surrounding area for walking and dining. The view of the sunrise from the top of the parking garage

The bartenders obsession with herself and unfriendliness to her coworkers who were just trying to help her.

Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious. Gym facilities were great. Staff were welcoming and friendly too. I would recommend additional lighting in the room as it was very dark in patches, not easy to work in the room.

The room I was in faced the motorway and it was excessively noisy. This was amplified when the hotel was quiet due to most guest sleeping. Double glazed or triple glazed windows would resolve that issue.

Beautiful, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and fun, and the heated pool felt very nice! Staff was very friendly and listened to any concerns my husband and I had, which was greatly appreciated :) Staff was also very patient with any questions we had during breakfast, providing a comfortable environment for us! The rooms were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Easy access to freeway and close to ASU

Hoping for complimentary breakfast. Also, took 3 tries to find property off Google maps. Addresses didn't work, had to use hotel name

Very clean, updated rooms. Great amenities. Allowed furry family members 🐕. Nice location, many restaurants, stores, and the wedding venue we needed. Very nice staff, present and willing to help.
