First of all, we appreciate the friendliness of the staff. We were so tired from the long drive, and it was nice to see smiling faces. The bed was very comfortable, and the covers kept us very warm. The breakfast exceeded our expectations --- the fresh fruits, pastries, beverages, eggs and sausage were excellent. We liked having a Keurig coffee maker and fridge. We also liked having real glasses and mugs instead of just paper and plastic cups. The location was just right --- close enough but not in the middle of the busiest and noisiest areas. Very glad and happy that you accommodate pets. This was our primary reason for choosing your hotel, and we are so happy we did based on all the other good things about it.

You are lacking recycling bins. The bath soap dispenser's screw was literally coming off, which made it difficult to get soap out of it.

All the accommodations were excellent. The staff was personable and professional. Clean rooms, clean grounds, and facilities were in great shape

You have to remember to emphasize that this hotel is pet friendly. People unfortunately left their dogs in the room sometimes all day by themselves, and the little ones never stopped barking. There should be a rule/guideline with respect to that.

Good breakfast with real scrambled eggs or cheese stuffed fried eggs and choice of sausages. The chocolate stuffed or almond croissant were exceptional, loved the zucchini bread and a whole slew of other pastries to choose from along with bagels, breads, spreads. Choice of coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruits. Location was close to every place to visit, shop, restaurants grocery stores, very convenient. Lots of free parking , clean well stocked facilities, well maintained location that’s staffed with friendly, patient, helpful professionals. Everything were logically functional and aesthetically pleasing. Looking forward to staying at this hotel next time in Sedona and would highly recommend Aiden to friends and family.

A bit more attention to cleanliness of room, need to make sure all trash are cleaned up and floor/ carpet vacuum of any items- like nuts.

Staff excellent, value for money, great location, clean and warm. Great outdoor areas and outdoor fire pit for a romantic evening looking at the stars.

Sugar in everything for breakfast except for Quaker oats in packets. Would be better to have sugar free plain yoghurt, blueberries and other berries along with chopped fruit or the option, not sugar laden bananas or pineapple. Sugar is deadly to the body, large early morning sugar spikes create excess secretions of insulin that causes diabetes and basically makes the body store fat. Sorry, I'm a nutritional therapist. But I would definitely come back.

The rooms were very clean, views of the red rocks all around, well maintained property, and beds were comfortable. The room was mostly quiet from outside noises and location was great! very central to everything from hikes to food.

The breakfast could have been better, it was just okay, but nice to have included. It did have some variety but the eggs were not good. Also they didn't state there would be an extra charge of $20 per night for my dog until after we booked it.

This property is located in West Sedona and very close to shopping and activities such as hiking trails, tours and other areas of interest.

This property is nice. My only complaint was a decent amount of hair found on the bathroom floor and shower upon check in, the front side of the toilet was not clean and a strand of hair near the pillows of one of the beds. Housekeeping just needs to do a final visual check prior to staying a room is ready.

These are the things that I liked. I liked the kind staff. I appreciated that the hotel allowed the dogs in the breakfast area. Good breakfast. I like to walk around the nice ground with my dog. My dog specially liked the dog park.

I took off one point on the property rating because of the strong chemical smell in the elevator by the laundry room. The smell seemed to dissipate slowly. But when we left after 3 days, the chemical smell was still noticeable.

Convenient location with 2 restaurants in the same parking lot. Some red rock views from upper rooms. Well maintained fenced dog park. Meditation room! Great breakfast selections and a nice patio with fire pit.

Lots of odd mechanical noises ( whirring and tapping) all night. AC worked perfectly but was so loud it startled me as it cycled on. TV remote was so worn that button labels were not visible.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was great. Breakfast was unexpectedly great for the value. Lots of pastry choices and yogurt/milk/fresh fruits. Coffee is free 24/7 next to front desk and breakfast area. There is also outdoor seating for breakfast area that includes a gas fire pit, which was pretty cool for the cold weather. Plenty of parking. Close to nearby restaurants and Safeway grocery store is a 5 min walk north. There is even a swimming pool and meditation room! Liked this hotel and would definitely stay again. One thing I’d suggest is to sign up for their rewards program prior to booking it, so if you stay 2 nights you get 1 night free. I saw this in their front desk/lobby, but it was too late.

Can’t find anything I didn’t like. Maybe the bed made some noises a bit when pushed hard (you know what I mean..), which wasn’t amazing. But comfort wise, it was great.

The room was great on the 1st floor had a good parking spot close to our room dinner at the restaurant was great and close by walking distance Golden Goose restaurant and centrally located to a lot of places nearby also Moon Dog pizza is very good next door to the hotel. WE HAD A GREAT TIME WE WILL BE BACK! Oh yeah they also have a laundry room for the guests. Thanks Again.

The weather was unusually Hot for October not many Fall colors on the leaves Crazy Weather.
