The location was great! The front desk staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We were always greeted when returning from our outings. The free breakfast was good. The property was clean except for some very minor things but I’m just picky. The beds were comfortable.

There was some wear and tear on the building that could be taken care of pretty easily. Again, we are just a little bit more observant about these things because we work in the hotel business.

I was wonderfully surprised by the truly hospitable and deep sincerity of the overnight staff and your dear sweet, charming and refreshingly effervescent manager, Dominique Begay who made my birthday stay and vacation with my friends nothing less than memorably fantastic. Dominique took my family calls from Boston and went out of her way to ensure my day was fill with surprises and love....Thank you soooo much!!!! Will not forget your kindness.....

As soon as I walked in, it had a nice fresh clean smell, like a brand new building and the girls at the desk were super friendly, not fake as if they really enjoyed their job. The room was spotless and beds comfy and the room stayed nice and cold. Great air conditioning! And the breakfast was about e and beyond any hotel breakfast the lady was keeping the food fresh and the area clean!! Great job! We will only stay at this hotel from now on.

- Great cleanliness - Great facilities (2 washing machines, 2 dryers, new and clean fitness room and a nice pool and whirlpool) - Complimentary coffee, decaf coffee and tea - Great (American) breakfast, consisting out of cornflakes, yoghurts, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit, bagels, normal bread, coffee, tea and fruit juices - Williams is a cozy and friendly little town on the Route 66 highway with a lot of great places to eat or drink.

The drive from the hotel in Williams AZ to the Grand Canyon National Park was around an hour, which was quite a long drive to make every day. This is something to keep in mind when considering this hotel as a place to stay during a multi-day visit to the park.

Hotel was great, staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was actually pretty good. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable and air worked great. So nice to have a frige and microwave as well.

The only drawback I would have is that your hotel is pet friendly which I booked specifically for my little dog that was with us but you don't have a doggie section outside for them to do their business. The dogs have to go in the rock planters. If you are pet friendly you should at least have a small area with some grass or fake grass for them.

Our experience at the Hampton Inn in Williams Arizona was so positive and welcoming. Our room with a king bed was so spacious and in the bathroom they provided complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was included and they had a wide spread variety of foods like waffles, bacon, omelettes, breads, and yogurts. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice and the gym was very clean. I will definitely be back next year! Also staff was very friendly.

Great location for a couple of trips to the Grand Canyon. The room was roomy, bright and very clean. This is a newer property. I really loved the proximity to the restaurants and bars of Williams on old Route 66. We only spent one night but had a great time at a local bar (Long Horn Saloon) that I can recommend without a doubt for food and service. We were treated like locals when they celebrated a birthday for a regular and were given Bday cake! The bartender makes a fantastic Tres Leches cake! . Excellent burgers and just a fun place.

This is the BEST Hampton Inn I've ever experienced! The facility is newer and well-kept. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. The choices at breakfast were abundant. The location is minutes away from downtown Williams and within an hour from the Grand Canyon. Will return again and again. It's a 11/10.

Very clean and everyone was very attentive and kind during our stay, the room was very nice and modern, our only gripe about our stay was the bed, very stiff not really comfortable to be very honest, other then that the stay was excellent.

The bed was very stiff not a very good sleep, the A/C didn't stay on very long felt the room got a little warm over night had to put the unit down alot to keep the room cool.

Nice staff..welcoming, accommodating. Friendly and approachable. I felt the manager was helpful and personal with the lodgers. Gave hints about train tickets, drive safe-elk migration season, etc. Sometimes at these hotels, it just a job and they see so many people. I felt like this staff was professionally trained and held to a type of standard. I really appreciated that after a long day of travel.
