We had a wonderful one-night stay here! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing night. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to start the day right. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the adorable and interesting town of Williams, AZ, full of charm and things to explore. It also provided the perfect place to stay before heading to the Grand Canyon, which made our trip even more convenient. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The room was cozy. It was very clean. It had everything you need to be comfortable: a mini fridge, a microwave, a big screen tv, a coffee maker with sugars, creamers, tea's. A blow dryer, and my favorite...a big rain shower head that was heavenly. It was close to the Grand Canyon Railway, so I just walked to and from the train, which was very convenient. And also walking distance to old Town Williams with shops and a variety of eateries. I enjoyed myself very much.

The TV remote batteries were going bad, so I had to turn the TV on and off, with the TV's buttons rather than the remote. That's all.

The location was perfect! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral so it was a last-minute booking. Asked to check in early because of the funeral, and they let us so we didn't have to carry our things around in the car, and we were able to get freshened up after driving 3 hrs. It was very nice.

The heater didn't have an auto button. Well, it did, but it didn't work. It stayed rather warm/hot in there running continuesly. I had to turn it way down in the middle of the night....could have been user problems...lol

The room and hotel were nice overall. Everything was in working order. We were only staying here one night bc it was less expensive than staying somewhere closer to the grand canyon.

The lady at the front desk was rude and not very hospitable. I made my reservation through Booking.com and showed her the confirmation, but bc she couldn't find it in her computer then she said that we have to call booking and figure it out ourselves. That wasn't possible bc booking.com is located in England, and they wouldn't have responded at that time. I had already paid for the reservation and everything. All she had to do was refresh her computer and she found it...lighting is also not great.

I like the fact that before the spa was open downstairs. I asked the front desk if I could go into the hot tub and they said yes, so I was very, very happy about that and the room was real big so it was very comfortable. I liked it and the t. V was baked too. The breakfast was okay, it had Cereal toast waffles. That's it Orange juice and coffee, not a big spread.But it was okay, and I liked it.

Nothing really just the fact that they didn't let animals in. It's okay. I understand I have a bird so she doesn't make a mess. She's a little noisy though.

The hotel was very easy to find and located close to activities.

Our room was clean and everything was comfortable except for the bed. It was worst mattress ever. Woke up hurting every morning. They need to add toppers to their beds for guest comfort. At the nitely room rate, it would pay for itself in two nights. We saw this on an earlier review but were hoping for a decent mattress. Did tell manager at checkout.

My stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Williams was notably enhanced by exceptional service and meticulous attention to guest needs. The amenities, such as the pool and hot tub, alongside the comfort of the rooms, contributed to a delightful experience. Its location near local dining options was a plus. Notably, after I left behind two jackets, the owner's kind gesture of mailing them to the Netherlands was remarkable. This hotel comes highly recommended for its commendable hospitality.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and suited our quick one night stay with 3 rooms for 3 couples. The spa was nice to use, especially after a cold day of traveling. Breakfast was simple with waffles, cereal, coffee, and pastries, which was good. Check-in and check-out were pretty quick and easy.

One of the bathrooms had a squirting shower head and therefore squirting the roof and causing dripping. We mentioned it to the person at reception that night

Price and location. Stayed 1 night. Easy to find. Good position for main street, near plenty restaurants.  Free parking. Reception and the staff very welcoming. Good free WIFI. Breakfast is limited buffet with choice waffles, muffins, toast, cereal. Bedroom was very spacious clean and equipped with TV. 1 comfortable very large double bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and clean with toiletries. For the price would recommend and would stay again.

The room is huge, clean, and has everything in it even for a longer stay. The breakfast was good. The bedside has USB's, a BT watch/speaker. It was excellent. The location is 3 minute walking distance from the town center.

The selection of the breakfast. I guess for longer stays, only waffles and bread can be tiring. I didn't liked the doors between the rooms. But I noticed in other places also that 2 rooms have a door between them. It's....weird and not really soundproof.
