The staff was friendly and helpful with a smile! The room was spacious with areas to relax, work at the desk and sleep. Reasonable breakfast variety, although the only fruit was red delicious apples. There were three cereals and milk, potatoes, sausage links and different egg dishes available with bagels, variety of bread for toast, cream cheese, peanut butter and jelly. 2 or three kinds of juice if it hadn't run out and one flavor of yogurt. The requisite waffle makers, and they had three so it wasn't too long of a wait to use one. Coffee and hot water as well as hot cocoa mix and some teas were available.

The room seemed pretty clean, although there were some long dark hairs in the sink and shower after housekeeping had been there-they were not ours! Breakfast hours should be adjusted to be longer on weekends-after all, vacations are for relaxing, not rushing to get down before they close the doors promptly at 9:00!

The staff was very attentive. The hotel room was very clean. Housekeeping did a really nice job. Mani checked us in and everything went smoothly. We called down to the front desk because we were have trouble with the tv and Mani came up right away. Although the problem was partially resolved we were pleased that he tried to fix it.

We had an issue with the tv's. Wish the gym was a little more updated and had more options as far as machines to use. Lastly as a handicap person it would be nice if the Superior rooms 326 hand handicap height toilets and grab bars.

Large and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was OK, but unfortunately (as is often the case) only disposable dishes and cutlery. Free parking. We stayed here for two nights as a base for the Grand Canyon. The pictures on booking.com are accurate.

I don't have anything to complain about here - except perhaps the disposable dishes at breakfast (for sustainability reasons). Unfortunately, they only provided Styrofoam cups, which I found to be an even worse alternative to paper cups.

Location pet friendly(no charge) next door to a pet friendly food bar establishment .. the first time we went through here the staff was simply amazing courteous kind smiling above and beyond made you feel welcoming I stressed the first time I came this was my second time here

This was our 2nd time to stay the first day the staff especially the front desk was amazing friendly everything very accommodating the second time the staff the front desk person was rude short unkind very opposite from the last experience I will still use this hotel as my travel through for my pet I'm just hoping it will be a different person on the front the second time it almost seemed like she was not the normal front desk person only covering from the front I say that because it was just a vibe that I got she seemed very stressed when I went to talk to her

Very large room with comfortable bed, modern bathroom facilities and furniture. Microwave was handy. I would rate the comfort and decor of the room 4.5*. There was quite poor noise insulation from other rooms and trainline nearby but it did not particularly affect our stay. A nice restaurant next door to eat out and large Safeway nearby for provisions. Breakfast was included in the price which was quite varied with hot food but quality was average. The hotel was well located just off freeway and convenient for Grand Canyon with easy 1 hour drive. Would recommend.

Breakfast closed sharply at 9.00am

Facility was new, rooms were spacious, clean, and bright. Great breakfast in the morning - a step up from most of the "free hot breakfast" that I've experienced. Staff was friendly. Location is perfect if you don't wan to pay Grand Canyon Village or Flagstaff prices. The fact that the pet fee was included in the rate blows my mind. Highly recommended.

No cons I can think of.

Pet friendly was main reason my husband and I stayed here while traveling with our 2 small fur babies. We visited family in California and was heading back home to new Mexico by vehicle and needed a safe clean place to rest with our fur babies while having a fridge and microwave to feed our pups. What was a nice surprise it is next to the brewery and across s nice clean RV park( we actually do have a camper good to know)which also served food which is also pet friendly . It smelled delicious We did not eat because we had brought our own food but it's good to know if pass through here again. Front desk person lady I forgot her name who checked me in was also very kind and warm inviting. Was very informative and actually very happy to see our pets.

If I really had to gripe about something but it's really not a gripe but if I had a suggestion although it was great and it was awesome that they had a pet relief area in the back of the hotel which was awesome I wish it was fenced in it would have been nice to have let my two fur babies off leash for a minute or two to run around in a fenced pet area. But thank you for having a pet relief

Location was great, very clean and comfortable Staff was great and even met me check in 3 hours early after a 14 hour drive to get there

Please please make the coffee stronger than hot colored water and add biscuits and gravy to the breakfast. Get some decent pastries instead of these blueberry lunch pack nasty cake things, put out cinnamon rolls , muffins etc

Clean room and the whole hotel in general. Decent breakfast, basic but seems to be the normal breakfast in the USA. Staff polite and very helpful No complaints re my stay

The king single rooms, both are the same but one has an electric fire which does not heat, only a light for show. My advice save the money and take the cheaper room. Pool very small so hope you are the only one in it.

Staff and room were excellent. The wife and I enjoyed breakfast. The girls wanted to sleep in and arrived just after the doors to breakfast room closed. That was their problem for being slow.

Winter Weather conditions made the sidewalks slippery with ice. Main entrance was good. The two side door exits and adjacent sidewalks need to have some salt or sand on them to prevent people slipping and falling.
