We have stayed at many high end hotels when we travel and for us, this was right up there with them. Yes, it is a Days Inn... but the room was big and clean. We slept well and comfortably with the heating on as there as a snow storm. The shower could use a little more water pressure but was great. The staff were incredible helpful and made you feel like they wanted you to enjoy your stay (vs avoiding you or being disconnected from work/going through the motions). Breakfast had all we needed... hot food, coffee/tea/juice, pastries and there wasn't a rush or a shortage of what we wanted. Parking was simple, check in was simple. Really, no faults and a full 10/10 for us

Extremely friendly staff. Facility nicely located just out of town and surrounded by woods. Fast, easy check-in. 24hr complementary coffee in lobby. Rooms clean, spacious, and tastefully updated. Complementary breakfast same as everywhere else - omelets, sausage patties, waffles, cereals, sweet rolls, various bread items, etc.. This facility should be a 3+ star or better. I have Paid much more for far less and more often than not.

Two-story facility with no elevator. Only one flight of stairs, but I saw several elderly people struggling with the stairs. Definitely need to request first floor if you have problems negotiating stairs.

It was very clean. The staff was really amazing. Anna was the one who checked us in, and we had a few crazy things happen (with our health and car) and she was genuinely understanding and kind. She checked on us the next day. The hotel was close enough to the freeway and right off Route 66, but still had a little feeling of seclusion. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us. It was a nice spot to relax in. The restaurant next door was pretty good too!

There was no elevator, which was really only a pain when we were arriving and leaving with luggage. The door had a pretty big gap in it, letting a lot of hallway light in. Otherwise, it was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at the Days Inn in Williams, Arizona! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff - Anna and Eli - greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless, bright, and spacious, and we loved the complimentary coffee and tea. The pool was a highlight, with perfect temperature and sparkling clean water - the hot tub was simply blissful!! A great way to unwind after a long road trip. We also appreciated the laundry facilities and the kindness of the night shift staff, particularly David. Our room was immaculate, with a super comfy bed. We're so impressed with our stay that we're seriously considering Williams as a potential new home! Five stars isn't enough - we'd give it ten stars if we could!

The staff member who helped with our check-in and check-out was exceptional. Even though we checked in late (almost 10 p.m.), the staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable for two people. The bathroom was bright, clean, and spacious. They served hot breakfasts and had a decent number of options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again if we are visiting around.

When people talked loudly or shut their doors harshly, we could hear it from our room, and it disturbed our sleep. But it only happened one night/morning, not the other (we stayed here for two nights), so it was not really the property's fault.

Updated recently renovated hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tasty breakfast with several hot and cold items for choice. Clean recently renovated rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed two nights and will return again.

There was really only one issue to mention. We requested and received a late checkout to noon on our day of departure as we were all ill and needed more rest before a long drive. The cleaning lady chose to sit on the floor across from my friends room. This was intimidating to my friends and they left early to the lobby. Although I appreciate the urgency to clean the rooms as soon as possible, I would suggest the cleaning crew not hover in the halls and rather at a designated break room. Also, it would be nice if the new owner considers adding a small gym room if possible.

Breakfast selections same as everywhere, omelets, sausage, waffles, sweet rolls, bread products, cereals, etc.. I have paid much more for far less in same area and elsewhere.

If I had a complaint, it would have to be the lack of an elevator for second floor. It was a little challenging for some older guests who had to navigate the flight of stairs.

There was a winter storm when were were there, and I was not sure if I would be able to drive home on the highway. The staff were very knowledgeable about local road conditions and were happy to help me either book another night, or help me plan a route home. They had a snow shovel for guests to use and they plowed the driveway and walkways. The breakfast options are plentiful and my kids always love the pool and hot tub. We stay here every time we vacation in Williams and plan to come again.

Very comfortable stay, for a short stopover just what you need. The room was clean, the staff was very polite. The room has all the amenities. Comfortable beds and mattresses. Breakfast is almost the same as in all hotels of this level. We took an omelet, coffee, yogurt and muffins. Everything was enough for us. The quality matches the price.

Very budget friendly stay. The price for a night was low but the room was clean and spacious with quality toiletries, big bathroom, good shower and hairdryer. The breakfast options were really good!

Asked during the check-in 3 times whether my card will be charged automatically or could I pay with different card. Was told they just need my card details on file and payment will happen during the check-out. I was still charged automatically with the card I made the booking. No gym on site.
