Room was very spacious and generally clean (albeit old). They serve coffee and tea in the morning and you can access hot water anytime if you just ask the front desk. There is a microwave in the common area and the staff are friendly and supply a bunch of complimentary amenities (e.g. travel size shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, utensils). Towels were clean and the AC unit was very nice. Great value for it's relative proximity to the Grand Canyon

There were some minor stains on the sheets. Theres not much storage units in the room. The walls are pretty thin or we just had a really noisy kid above us. The property is not very responsive on booking.com as I enquired about the use of a kettle to no response

We arrived the day after a snowstorm and had a hard time finding the hotel, but Benjamin, the hotel Mgr, stood outside and looked for us to help us find parking. He was very accommodating.. The other nice thing was that they don't charge you extra for having a pet with you.

The only thing that would have made it better was to either have a continental breakfast choice or a small refrigerator so that we could have some things in our room and not have to go out right away

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Felicia and Carmela were beyond helpful and accommodating, easy to talk to, and paid special attention to the fact that we had cats and did not want the room to be disturbed. They also helped me change my reservation to add an additional night without any hassle so we didn't have to change rooms. I wish all Motel 6s were like this one. Since my stay here I have encountered 3 that were nowhere near as good/easy.

A little breakfast would be nice, but no issues with my stay whatsoever

We had a room with 2 queen beds. They were VERY comfortable. I hate motel showers as the water pressure is always low or adjustments are hard. This shower had great pressure and was easy to adjust. Clean, air conditioner great. Staff very helpful!!! I had been having difficulty sleeping for about a month. 4 days sleeping in the motel room and exploring the mountains and was sleeping like a baby by the time I left and it maintained when I got home. The surrounding area felt safe. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Maybe a small refrigerator available in the room and a microwave available in the room or the common area.

Staff was amazing my truck broke down and one of the employees called her husband who fixed it for realy fair price.

no breakfast and no fridge or microwave and the pool wasn't working and that's the main reason booked the motel was for the pool

Most of my "Excellent" ratings must be considered from the perspective of the category of this facility, i.e., economy motel; e.g., was this comfortable compared to a Marriott? No, but it cost nowhere as much as a Marriott, but it was very comfortable for a budget motel. Note that I consider it very clean & the staff very friendly & helpful no matter what category of motel/hotel. If I return to Williams, I would stay here again.

I would have liked a mini-fridge in the room, but AJ at the check-in desk did advise me that the office has a secure refrigerator available for my use.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good. The place is kept pretty clean. The rooms were very large and almost a little empty feeling even with 2 queen sized beds in it. Overall a nice stay for a couple of nights.

Wasn't bad. But you can definitely hear people going down the hallway and other than whoever was roomed above us sounded like marching elephants with bricks on their feet, no real complaints. Some of the furnishings and the bathroom could use updating.

It was right between the Roman Catholic Church and the police department, which made me feel safe and spiritual. I suggest a room with a view of the rusty antique outdoor route 66 artistic exploded to the east of the property

Everything is great

Clean comfortable room with just the basics, no frills. Air conditioning worked great during a late season hot spell. Felicia and staff were very cordial and honored all our requests.

We weren't going to use it, but pool was closed.

There was noise outside my room in the morning & thought someone was knocking on my door. Breakfast was one of the most sparse ever. It would have been better if I didn’t expect it, it shouldn’t be advertised.
