The property was nice, clean and within walking distance to shopping and attractions.

The tv service is really bad ! The channel guide was only available on the tv. Programming is horrible! Two news channels, tons of infomercials, if that’s you thing. There was no weather channel, movies available free were very old ! Holiday Inn and Suites, Williams needs to upgrade their channels. For the price one pays to stay, better tv options would be a great addition. I won’t stay there again.

Easy to find, large rooms, close to town, and pool was nice.

Bed and loveseat were very uncomfortable and the staff didn't seem to care about the guests. They were very cold when we entered and refused us a basic service when we called to the desk. They were outside smoking next to the entrance when we checked out the next day.

The desk staff and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. Clean room.

Bed a little too firm for my liking. The pillows were in the wrong case. I started out sleeping on a firm pillow that was in the soft case. Once I switched Pillows, I slept well. ONE of the kitchen staff with blonde hair was extremely rude to another person that I was standing beside. I reported her to the front desk

Free breakfast. Facilities were great, had a pool, jacuzzi, laundry room and free tea and coffee at reception. Room was bigger than most and very comfortable and in a quiet area. 70 minutes to Grand Canyon. Lovely little town with lots of small shops, managed to get a few gifts. Large supermarket in town centre. One of the best Holiday Inn's I have stayed in.

Very clean facility!!! 🏠 everyone is exceptionally nice 👍 Comfortable bed 🛌 Breakfast is so delicious! I enjoyed the egg white vegi omelets with sausage gravy & a freshly baked cinnamon roll 😋 with hot tea ☕️ The pool area is nice & the water is refreshing with a view of ponderosa pines all around 🌲 The view from the upper level is so beautiful overlooking the mountains & town 😍 I will definitely be back for another visit along with my grandchildren ❤️

I didn't like that you can not close the curtain to make the room dark.

Breakfast was very good. Staff worked to resolve a problem with Booking. com. Hotel was close to downtown Williams.

There was a problem with the virtual card that Booking sent to the hotel. This delayed my check in for 45 minutes, and my wife and I were tired from a long travel day so the delay was troublesome.

Jon and Yasmin at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was terrific, eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits with gravy. Our room was a nice size with 3 usable beds.

The tile floor in the entry way to the room could've been cleaner. All in all we had a very nice time!

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast for family

Someone checked somebody else into my room before I got there, so they couldn't find my reservation. Took quite a while to figure it out, but it was figured out, and they got us into the same type room for the price it was reserved for. Hot tub was out of order, but pool was open.

Breakfast was served earlier than stated - helped us get on the road to the Grand Canyon quicker, and it was great! Delicious cinnamon rolls!!

Wifi didn’t work for our room/name combo. It was late and we were leaving early so we didn’t bother asking for help.

Breakfast was great and the location was perfect for accessing the Grand Canyon!

I was a little bit surprised at the additional charges for utilities/water use. I understand and don't mind, but thought this should have been included in the price quoted.
