1. My room could have used handicap bars/rails, especially in the bathroom. 2. Your property has a REAL SAFETY CONCERN!!! Outside of your rear door...to the right and rear of the parking lot is a city gas meter! Yes, it IS inside a "safety cage", but that cage has been hit, AND it tilts! When I backed out of my parking space, I came EXTREMELY close to hitting it, too!!! Perhaps, closing off the right three parking spaces will increase the likelihood of a gas explosion NOT happening!

Checking in was easy, the room and bathroom very clean, the bed very comfortable. Wi-fi connection was swift. The whole facility was small, but looked to be very well cared for. The area was quiet.

The bedding could have been warmer. Had I thought I would get cold during the night, I would have asked for an extra blanket. As it was, may partner got up and turned up the heat when I complained of being cold in the middle of the night. Perhaps an extra blanket in the closet during winter months would be helpful. The bed duvet was very thin and did not provide any warmth.

There was no breakfast served there but the location was very good. Just a ten minute walk to everything.

The front desk staff is amazing! This property doesn't seem like much on the outside, but it is soooooo worth it on the inside! The coffee & breakfast is perfect for the accommodation...you won't be misled!

When we arrived the guy at the desk was very nice. He checked us in fast and we went to our room. When we went inside our room it was really clean and the bed was very comfy after a long drive .

Overall: I'm happy with my choice. Staff: Really good staff! The manager was super friendly and helpful, he helped solve our issues with the chargers we forgot at home. Thank you! Room: The room was big enough and had everything we needed: king bed (sturdy pillows though), microwave, coffee maker. The room was very warm, even when it was snowing hard. The heater worked ok. Cleanliness: Room service was great: our linen and towels were changed every day, as well as the room was cleaned up. Breakfast: There was unlimited coffee which was very nice. The coffee tasted really good. The breakfast was quite simple: cornflakes, toasts, yoghurt and packed cakes. It's good quality for the money, first of all just because of very helpful and friendly staff that make you feel comfortable here.

Sturdy pillows (but we got used). Noise: There's some noise from the trains, but I guess it's common for Williams. We chose this town because it's closer to the Grand Canyon than Flagstaff (about 1 h drive). Breakfast: very simple.

We were assigned two rooms upstairs, however after asking they were able to provide downstairs rooms. Thank goodness since there is no elevator and we are having knee problems. Thanks.

Beds were comfy and room was clean.

Our bathroom sink didnt drain, hair dryer wasnt working and lights in bathroom were very dark..

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, toiletries present which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was available which was good too. Overall, worth the money.

We were able to check in a little early.

Other guests left a mess at the breakfast bar. That's not the hotel's fault...it just what I didn't like.
