The room was perfect. Everything was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The position, just close to the forest but also not far from the town was really good. Very nice place if compared to other hotels of the same category.

The tables for breakfast are just a few. We woke up early in the morning so we had not problems but when we left it was plenty of people looking for a table. Unfortunately the available space is what it is. I appreciated a lot that the hotel staff warned us of this issue the evening before. Anyway, you have the possibility of taking breakfast and bringing in the room.

Five minutes from Williams, which is a quaint little town with lots of small shops and restaurants and a great, easy-going vibe. One hour or so from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Its location and price are amazing.

The room was very small and cramped with only a double sized bed. It also wasn't the cleanest, not filth, but could use some better housekeeping in the corners.

breakfast was OK, but there where a lot of other places to eat but a quick cup of coffee and fruit always does the trick for me. and the prices and accommodation was really good for its price. and the a short 40 mi drive to the grand canyon.

the pool closed too early, really was expecting to get a dip in the pool and hot tub to get the knots out of my shoulder but they closed early, also the pool size and hot tub size was small and limited capacity as well.

Room was clean, liked that you had full bottles of shampoo/conditioner in the shower.

There were 3 of us in the room and only 2 face cloths. Having a couple extra would have been nice as when the room was booked it was indicated that there were 3 people in the room. The breakfast area is nice, however the flow isn't very well and very cramped.

Room was clean, including the linen. Breakfast was really good, more than what we expected for the price we paid. Check-in staff was very helpful, even he gave us some food coupons that we used the next day. Place is very convenient. Easy to find. Only 1 hr drive to Grand Canyon

There was nothing we disliked. Our experience from check-in to check-out was great.

The rooms were in excellent condition and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. The front desk clerk was very friendly, professional and helpful.

I don't have anything negative to say about this property.

Very clean room with everything needed for an overnight stay. Quite close to town but probably a bit far to walk really.

The breakfast room was nowhere near big enough to accommodate the guests staying, Luckily it was a nice morning so I sat outside to eat.

The staff was very friendly. My friend had brought her own pillow and accidentally left it at the hotel when we checked out. She called the hotel and they saved it for her and we picked it up on the way back through. They were very kind and helpful.

Value for price and closer to grand canyon and also to Williams

Rooms could have been cleaner. Could see old utensils and hair behind the fridge and the walls were thin

Very friendly staff, very good value for the money you spend, only an hour drive away from the grand canyon,easy to reach via highway, breakfast included and the room was very clean and tidy.

The breakfast was very basic.
