The room we had was newly renovated, including the restrooms!! I requested three beds for my family and I, me thinking the third bed was gonna be an extra mattress to lay on the floor but to our surprise, it was an additional bed in a separate private room!! The room was very clean very spacious and smoke free!!

There was not one thing not to like about this location. It was very close to Arizona very close to all the antique shops and restaurants. The staff that worked at this location. We’re very friendly, nice and respectful.

I booked based on reviews and It did not disappoint. The room was a newly renovated, comfy bed, room was a little small but was exactly what we needed. Very clean and friendly staff. The property owner suggested a place in town for delicious pie and she was spot on. Go to Pine Country Restaurant, it was phenomenal! We stayed one night during our visit to the grand canyon, which was a little less than an hour away. You have to visit Bearizona as well, which was only 5 min away from the hotel.

The owners are doing alot to make this a very nice motel. The location in town is perfect. The beds were very comfortable. - they appeared to be new. The bathroom and flooring seems new too.

They could use a hair dryer, fan in the bathroom, and ice machine. At first glance, there's some drywall repair, which gives one pause to wonder, until you realize they are trying to fix the place up.

Wonderful motel in a cute little town. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I loved that the sink was outside of the toilet/shower, so I could do my make up while my husband was doing his 40 minute "morning routine". Great place!

We couldn´t get the tv to work. But this was not a problem, it was just something we noticed

The room was very clean. Area is very quiet considering it is centrally located on Route 66. Great location to walk around to the shops and restaurants with no car. Room was very nice for two people. Husbands said that we will definitely stay here for all our Williams trips.

Bathroom is small. But it was VERY clean.

Williams is a great attraction in it self, we went out in the evening there were many attractions for tourists. It felt like a real small town in Arizona, complete with bars where they play live country music and great gift and souvenir shops.

The AC was a little noisy and was directly over the bed. But its not too hot there so just turn it on, go visit the town and turn it of for the night.

Great staff that was super friendly, location was super convenient to walking about downtown. Rooms and beds were actually cleaner and more comfortable than expected, considering the age of this motel.

Only complaint is parking is limited but had overflow parking in vacant lot

Loved the location! Super convenient. The rooms were nice and very comfortable. The affordable prices are always a plus also!! Owner was sweet and checked in with us both mornings to make sure we had a good night prior. Will for sure stay here next time we are in Williams.

Room was updated, clean and bed very comfortable. Easy check in. Location couldn’t be better. You won’t find a better place for the price. Definitely will stay again.

Exterior is a bit dated. It would have been nice to have a sitting or patio area outside as many do. There was one but the furniture was so old and run down we didn’t use it.

This is an older Motel that has been updated. The room was very clean and fresh. I reserved the room with a requested a handicap room. No smoking room and not upstairs unless there was an elevator. Upon arrival, they did not have handicap rooms but keep us on the main floor. And it did have a walk in shower, the only problem was the bathroom, was so small a person would have to go out of the room to dry and dress. Other than that a fun route 66 adventure!

Bathroom too small and the parking could be a problem
