Mostly everything. The communication with the manager was especially helpful.

I am being extremely picky here, it's honestly not a big deal. I had to take out my own trash and "clean" the room, which sounds really dumb, but when you pay more than what other facilities in the area charge I don't understand why I have to do additional duties. That being said, the stay was awesome!

Absolutely everything. Beautiful one bed mini house (luxury cabin). Top spec throughout. Exceptionally clean. The decor is awesome, especially the light above the dining table and the boat table in the lounge area. QR codes throughout with details of pioneers and explorers from around the area and the Grand Canyon. The whole cabin’s decor is inspired with them in mind and what they achieved. Sad we couldn’t stay longer, but on a three week road trip with booked itinerary. Highly recommend this superb accommodation without a shadow of a doubt. Free parking right outside cabin too, which is a major plus. Only 10 minute drive to Williams, which was a great experience.

Absolutely not applicable.

Very thoughtful design and decorations - we enjoyed learning about the history of the region around the canyon from all the information included in the cabin! Everything looked new and was very clean and cosy. It was also great to have Williams so close, and less than an hour drive to the grand canyon via direct road.

Nothing we didn't like! Originally we were going to be four adults in one house and I think the space would have been tight - but perfect for two.

Oh boy, this place is crafted with love and care, every single items in the hotel compound are handpicked and you can tell someone paid a lot of attention into building the place. We enjoyed the smallest of things: the books in the room, the books in the laundry rooms, the QR codes around the houses. The restroom exhaust fan is of soft start kind, which we never see before. I believe the LED bulbs being used are of higher CRI as well, so things appear way nicer under the light. The laundry facility is also top notch. Got our laundry done here after 5d of travel.

Nothing!

Cabin designed and equiped with many details. Really nice space with the books and the pictures about Canyon. Parking close to the cabin. Good hotel to visit Canyon.

The pressure of water was so low that using shower was not possible during our stay. The sofa inside should be cleaned also, few hairs and mamy stains. OMG what should we do with all these pillows in the cabin.

The house was just as described in the listing. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place near the GC, but do not want to be in a hotel or around a lot of hustle and bustle of tourists. It is located about an 8 minute drive from Williams, which has plenty of restaurants and a grocery store.

Not a negative, and also stated in the posting, but more to be aware, the Grand Canyon is still an hour drive. So if you are looking for something right next to the GC, this probably isn't the place. But it was perfect for what we wanted.

We were very impressed with the incorporation of the historical aspects of the area with the QR codes. We scanned and read every one of them and actually saw for ourselves, while rafting on the Colorado River, the pictographs of the Mountain Goats painted on the ceiling of the bedroom. The keycode was a plus making our late arrival easy! The cabin had all the necessary accommodations. The access was good, the cabin was neat and clean, the overall resort area was quiet, well-kept and a plus to the area. Very unique place to stay on the way to the Grand Canyon!

More cushions are needed on the bed & couch. Even my wife thought there were too many pillows :) There are not many eating choices in the area.

The Managers Mary and Gary were incredible. They let us check in an hour early . The cabins were clean and nice, and fairly new. After checking in, later around 4 p.m. we drove to the town next to the Grand Canyon and have dinner and see the IMAX theatre movie. Three miles after leaving the cabins, I had a flat tire. Besides me, I had my Son and his wife, and two Grandkids. After my Daughter-in-law called the managers they came shortly to help us. They took her and the two kids to get something to eat and then back to the cabins. A tow truck driver could not put the spare on. He said he needed to get the tow truck and tow it 40 miles in the opposite direction and have someone take the lug nut off (rip off). Gary said just have it towed near the cabins to a tire shop and they can remove the lug nut and put a new tire on. Another tow truck driver came 2 plus hours later and we left our car at the tire repair shop. The next morning Ann took me to the tire repair shop and I was able to get car with the new tire. I barely made it to meet my family at our hummer tour of the Grand Canyon. Ann and Gary were nothing but Angels’ when I need help the most.

Great spot! Easy to navigate to Grand Canyon from here and beautiful spot for star gazing. Wonderful space, very welcoming and comfortable. We had a group of 6 and it was the perfect fit. Kitchenette and fridge made it easy to have our food as we prepped for long days exploring. Host was also very responsive and clearly communicated everything ahead of arrival and during our stay. Would definitely return next time I'm in the area!
