Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The check-in process was incredibly simple and comfortable. We loved the amazing and unique concept—each room has its own character, making the experience truly special. Everything was spotless, and we felt like we were visiting our beloved relatives—so cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The breakfast was delightful, and we especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the woman who prepared it. We would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend this place to our friends!

I would say that our room could have used a bit more lighting. Also, there was no sink in the bathroom, which was slightly inconvenient. Also a small set of plates in the room would have been a nice touch. But these were just small details that didn’t take away from the overall great experience.

We stayed here to break up the trip from Colorado to Los Angeles into 2 days, which was perfect because Williams is almost exactly half way. This place was great, the rooms were nice, and the courtyard was great for letting the kids run around, ride a bike, and get their energy out after being stuck in the car for almost 7 hours. Staff was friendly and responsive, accessible by phone call or text, which was nice. Would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel or motel in town.

Beautiful scenery, deer, goats and pigs about, fire pits placed perfectly, breathtaking views both day and night. The owners and staff have thought of every detail. Management has outdone itself. Breakfast is cooked fresh and ample. We had to take ours with us it was so much and delicious. The rooms are five star, comfortable, well stocked and the robes are amazing! A must stay for any reason! The trains around were an added perk for us and kids love them seeing them. You don't notice them at all inside the cabin (sound wise).

It is close to the highway, so you do see and hear some background noise, but it's nothing compared to the acreage and amenities here. They provide ear plugs in each cabin, but we didn't hear a sound inside our room.

I liked that I asked for early check-in and was able to check in around 2:30. That was perfect! The rooms work clean, comfortable and decorated awesome.

The cabins are duplexes. Unfortunately, there was only one other guest and they were right next to us. They had kids and they were LOUD. Unfortunately, the walls are not very thick. Trappers Rendezvous

We traveled with 4 young children and this location exceeded our expectations with wonderful outdoor space to play and very kid-friendly decor. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. It was quiet, private, and easy to find. We were very well taken care of when the heater on one side of the cabin failed to work. I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

The cabin could have been better cleaned (sticky spots on floor, sticky syrup in silverware drawer) but that may have been my fault for asking for early check in. Also, we were bummed to not have any caffeinated coffee on hand for the morning.

This is a excellecent place to stay and I look forward to staying another ime. The breakfast service was excellent, plentiful and tasty! The room was clean and quiet. Parking was easy! Loved being off the beaten path!

My Mom needed a more ADA accessible room and entry. I did not understand by the website that not all rooms and entries were/were not available for her. We managed to make it work but thought that it should have been easier for her.

The room was so cosy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was just a short drive back into Williams. I liked the covered outdoor dining area and there were also fire pits but we didn’t use them during our stay.

Soundproofing between the cabins and the adjoining kitchen can be an issue if the other cabin are noisy people. I would like to have been able to see a person when we checked in and if we had any issues during our stay but as was common in most of the smaller properties we stayed in everything is done by email. I miss the personal touch these days

Everything!! We loved the Wild West theme, including the decor in our Americana room. The location was close to everything we visited in Williams and free parking on site. The Trapper’s Den was a great community area to meet other travelers and grab a snack and coffee (really helpful when traveling with my young son!). The staff was pleasant and super helpful and responsive. I’m so glad we cancelled our original booking at another site and stayed at the Trapper’s Rendezvous!!

We purchased the optional breakfast, which was decent, but I didn’t think it was worth its value.

Becky was our main contact and was on top of the communication from the day we reserved. She reached out initially, introducing herself and making sure everything was in order. We opted for the additional breakfast fee beyond the standard hotel breakfast, along with some dietary restrictions. The hospitality was amazing, accommodating any need that came up. The staff was friendly with excellent service. The cabins were private, absolutely clean, meeting pretty much every need you could have. We had 5 people, and the set up was perfect with an adjoining space that had the extra trundle bed, kitchenette, eating area, access to an outdoor deck and fire pit area. Small things were thought of beyond the normal hotel accommodations, like extra blankets on site, robes, even some board games in the room. Being a Contractor, even the craftsmanship of this log cabin style space was exceptional with design and finish work. Becky even had a well designed booklet designed in the room, to help inform your stay and activities/ attractions in the area. The property was quaint with only 6 cabins andante lodge. Set up like a little town, it even had a center pavilion, with benches, hammocks, a grill and both board and yard games.

One small wish was for room darkening window treatments. Not a bad thing, but he location was a bit surprising too tucked back in an unsuspecting area with some homes mixed with commercial properties; it was right off the highway, which was convenient.

Quiet and peaceful location, but still close to adventures. Cabin layout was perfect for bringing our teenager (they had their own room). Interior and exterior have a creative aesthetic that beats any of the nearby hotels. Also, friendly staff was very quick to assist with any questions.
