Cozy little hotel worth its price. Great location. Close to the main street.

The breakfast was very simple.

This is my third stay and I really appreciate the owner and the flexible check-in/out! I arrived back from the Grand Canyon via shuttle and was able to check in early! Thank you! Due to a very early departure (0300), I was able to pick up some oatmeal to take with me since I would miss the Continental breakfast. As with previous stays, the location is great to explore the main area of Williams, a short walk to the shuttle at the Grand Canyon Railroad and Hotel. The bed was comfortable, nice hot water in the shower.

This room had a smaller bathroom. A towel hook next to the sink would have been nice as there was very little room. A folding luggage stand would have been nice instead of using the table

Appreciated the late check in and the room was lovely, simple, and clean. Glad for mini frig and microwave! The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom with ample space, good hot water for the shower. Appreciated the dark curtains to block out the lights outside! This is my second time at the property and it did not disappoint!

Would have appreciated a folding luggage stand to place my bag on, but made due with the chair. I would have liked a message about late check-in procedure. The ring doorbell was a little difficult, crackle to hear information.

It was a very quaint room. Comfortable and perfect for what we needed for the time there.

Unfortunately, believe the owners live upstairs--the heavy stepping of feet was concerning; but it eventually stopped. Bathroom was clean but still had small areas that needed cleaning between bookings...something to think about. People do look at corners and bottom of commode; as well as along floorboard. Just to let you know as you clean.

By far the coziest stay during our 2-weeks road trip around West Coast. Room is small, but convenient and has everything you need. The atmosphere is if you were visiting you granny's country house, really nice. Considering super reasonable price it's 11 out of 10!

We arrived around 6pm and nobody was there to check in us. Had to wait a little bit till we finally managed to reach staff. But it was okay.

The western cottage style was lovely and the place was overall clean and comfy.

The room carpet needs a deep cleaning because it left stain on my socks, it needs a new and quieter fridge in the room because it awfully loud and, not the fault of the property but it’s clause to the train track and the trains honks awaked us multiple time during the night.

I’ll give this place a 10 cause it has a really nice route 66 vibe, is clean, safe and most importantly really cheap. I would never hesitate to book this place again.

There is a train going through Williams and every time that happens there is a very load horn signal, lasting 5 seconds. That happens numerous times throughout the night. But this has nothing to do with the property itself, just be aware.

Very homey atmosphere; warm welcoming check-in. We liked the location with regards to the Grand Canyon as well as its location in town. We wish we could've arrived in Williams a bit earlier in the day to take a walk along the main street, which was close by. The street was quite picturesque in the way it honoured the area's history. There were some relatively recent renos. Liked some of the updates especially in the bathroom. Clean room. Good value for the money.

There were some problems with the heating unit which could have been a problem as it was later in March and the nights were very chilly. But a small electrical heater was provided, and it helped to take the edge off. I realize management was trying to cut costs, but the tubes of combined shampoo/conditioner were low quality. This is a picky point and certainly not a deal breaker as everything else was very satisfactory. However, anyone coming to stay here would be advised to bring along their own shampoo and conditioner.

This little place is adorable! We had a quick stop in Williams and this cozy inn was perfect! It has a country decor, several places to keep belongings, a separate sitting area with a couch, tv, microwave, fridge, and dinette table. It was quiet and felt safe. The staff was great. We would definitely stay again.

Easy parking. We had 2 connecting rooms as requested. Staff where friendly and when we asked for a hairdryer they brought one straightaway. Beds where clean and comfy we all had a good night sleep. Really liked Williams our only wish was to have stayed 2 nights instead of one.

Nothing was perfect for our one night stay.
