Good location, clean rooms, everything in working order. Convenient coffee pod machine and microwave, refrigerator in room. Pretty quiet for sleeping.

Breakfast selections are lacking, bagel & english muffins were dry. Juice machine selections said out of order. Coffee machine coffee is not very good. Our room had a spot by the entryway where the carpet is worn and had the tack strip exposed with tacks sticking out that I kept stepping on in my socks that hurt. Had to remember to step over it, this needs to be repaired before someone ends up with a bad cut on their foot!

Conveniently located

The location is conveniently located to the freeway and nearby shopping. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable with very nice bedding. However, the greatest asset of this hotel are the staff which are old-school friendly and helpful and accommodating. They are the greatest asset! I hope that best western will pay attention to this review, because the people you have hired are top-notch, and need to be appreciated and rewarded. They are , what would bring me back to your location over and over again. Michelle at the front desk is absolutely exceptional.

I was visiting family so it was close enough. I also like that it was close to a restaurant and in a shopping center, it was convenient.

The room itself was clean, but the hallways and elevator were not, they needed a good cleaning. Most of the staff were friendly, with the exception of one person who looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if there were someway or somehow to get the safe working properly. needless to say she did not resolve my issue.

I have stayed here before and found the location to my standards. The breakfast was good although no alternative to dairy was offered (I am alergic). I also requested an early check in because we were traveling with a five month old baby and tried to reach the main desk by phone as they requested--they left me waiting on the phone without answering for over five minutes so I had to drive to the location only to learn they would or could not accomodate early check in.

Staff were amazing and accommodating. Pool was open till 10pm. They had a full BBQ setup by the pool and we enjoyed the facilities. Breakfast was great. Good selection. My kids said it was the best hotel they ever stayed in. Late checkout - no problem. Nothing we asked for or did was a problem. It was such a relaxed atmosphere we could actually enjoy the trip.

Breakfast was ample and place was clean. Good to have hot items available and , that they varied the meat each day (bacon, sausage patties, ham). Friendly staff.

It's a shame that they throw away all of the leftover food, and that there isn't a way to distribute to those less fortunate.

Nice amenities and self service breakfast choices. Very clean and spacious room. Extra large TV with easy to operate controller. Push button Coffee machine.by the breakfast area has premium choices such as cappucino or latte. Very pleasant stay.

Noise from nearby care and trucks all night. Once we got to sleep we slept soundly.

It was ok could offer different options every morning was the same

Our room was next to the staircase and a room that had military stuff going on very noisy. The men and women used that staircase very early and late.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable and the free breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, breads, eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit) was pretty good. They had an onsite laundry that was $2 (coins) per use and there is a room by the front desk with quick grab food items (microwave food, drinks, snacks, basic supplies, etc.). There is a drink station (juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate) by the front desk that is available 24/7. If you were staying for an extended stay the room had a good size fridge. We didn't use the outdoor pool or hot tub, but it's always a bonus when that option exists. The staff were very friendly and it is a pet friendly hotel.

It's priced is high, but that seems to be the case for all hotels these days.

Great food options, very clean - the staff was amazing and helpful. I had left my watch behind and the staff was on it before I realized I had left it behind. So friendly and kind - my bathroom was sparkling and beautiful- towels fluffy and bed super comfortable.

Bananas for breakfast would have been a nice addition.
