The location is amazing right by the mall. Lots of restaurants and shops are walking distance because the mall is right next door. The rooms are nice and clean. The spa room room with the tub and jets are amazing to have in your room. The breakfast was a great place to eat in the morning. Lots of choices . Nice smoking section next to bbq grills for guests but no shade. It’s not fancy but it is clean and affordable . Curtains let in too much light in morning. People drinking all night outside and taking all night was annoying

I loved this hotel. Rooms were clean. Pool & hot tub was amazing. We loved the drink coupons and free breakfast was good. Front of staff- was nice!

The one lady with blondish brown hair at pj's Cafe can work on cleanliness. We watched one cough into the breakfast they were preparing multiple times. Didn't look away, or try to cover their mouth. Touched multiple things and didn't wash their hands, no gloves being worn. Also, you shouldn't be running out of breakfast items at 630a. Breakfast goes from 5/530am - 10a.

Great breakfast - room was nice, bed comfortable, place was clean. Pool and outside areas were nice as well. Friendly staff. Good location - close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

We stayed two nights and our room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the office to get clean towels and coffee, etc.

The front desk upgraded us to a bigger King Suite away from the freeway noise! I injured my right Achilles during my stay and the spa/hot tub was perfect therapy!

Bathroom sink faucets were subpar. Need to be repaired and or replaced. Management needs to increase the staffing for the breakfast cafe on the weekends. The lone worker was overwhelmed with the number of families staying there.

Close to food and shopping places.

No elevators. The property has steep hill to climb to get to rooms. I arrived via cab so had to push my luggage up hill which was hard on my knees and back. In addition, your site stated shuttle to and from airport, only to find that they no longer offer that which was one of the reasons I chose to stay there.

It was a nice big room. It was very quiet all night. We slept very good on the comfy bed. The breakfast was amazing lots of great choices to pick from. The location was perfect. Lots of different stores around if you need anything.

Breakfast was good but not very hot. The bed was comfortable. The room was small for a handicapped room. The restaurant was not open for dinner and it was too far away for an invalid to have to walk even with assistance.

Size of the room was small for an invalid and restaurant should be inside the main entrance of hotel for easy access.

It’s centrally located near all of the shops and eateries. There’s a nice pool and most of the staff are helpful. There was a fresh cooked breakfast as well.

The laundry room was filthy and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. Not enough water/coke machines. (Only one and h2o in office. Needs new bed.

We like about the property : 10/10 the bed. We gonna stay again just because the rest we got in that bed

Not clean around the property Rooms are clean but outside need to improve. Late a night the cleaning people scare me with the cleaning car to much noise
