It's very convenient to the airport. They have the option to leave your car at the hotel for a reasonable price and to take their shuttle to catch your flight. Since the airport is under construction, this is a great help. It's wonderful that they have an elevator for people who are unable to walk up steps. I also feel safer because the rooms are indoor access. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.

I usually don't have access to the breakfast because I take an early flight. It would be great if there was some type of grab and go sack for the people who have to catch the shuttle at 0430.

The room had really cool touches. Like the note with a greeting on the desk. I admired the fact they blocked the peep hole in the door for privacy. Our room was large and spacious. The staff was very friendly and they seemed like they enjoyed working there.

The beds are firmer than I liked but that's a personal thing. I wish there was a way to label if certain beds were softer or more firm. This also couldn't be helped, they were renovating and our windows had plastic over them. Our room would've had an awesome view if not for that. I plan to come back and visit though everything was fantastic otherwise.

I liked that they offered breakfast. It was convenient to the airport. the hotel offered immenities such as an area to purchase snacks, etc., had an indoor pool, which was closed due to construction, but didn't affect us. I liked to view to the airport. We enjoyed watching the planes takeoff/land. The price of the hotel was great.

I didnt like the smell of the hotel. it smelled musty. There was one particular day that we did not have room service, so we had towels piled up and they did not bring fresh

Great staff. It is right across from the entrance to the airport. There was a little pickup but the manager Abby took care of it quickly and efficiently. If you are staying in the jacuzzi suite the water in the tub gets super hot so be careful with that. Breakfast was hot and yummy. I will be staying here anytime I have to go to Bentonville.

It took us about 35 minutes to get to downtown bentonville. GPS said 16 minutes. Traffic is really bad early morning. Not against the hotel just GPS.

I was so comfortable and the room was so quiet. The bed was perfect for me and I slept like a rock! The morning breakfast was great with a huge variety.....even bacon and sausage! The construction going on was kept to day time hours . It interfered with the view but was not bothersome. Great value and so close to the airport! I would stay here again and again.

I would have preferred to have more rugs on the hardwood floors.

The king room was spacious and clean. We especially liked the walk-in shower. Breakfast was great with hot biscuits and gravy, eggs and meats (bacon one day and sausage the other) fruit, yogurt, cereal, make your own waffles. Best hotel breakfast in a long time.

Way out from town and restaurants. My mistake for missing the airport notation in the app. Renovations in progress but minimal interruptions.

Beds were comfortable and friendly staff.

Not the fault of anyone, pool was closed due to roof damage from recent storms. Wish 3rd party site could get updated information like that when booking as I had changed locations for hotels as the one for the area we originally booked had no heat and was freezing cold water. Just an unfortunate coincidence though.

Breakfast....tables not cleaned throughout the morning...and difficulty keeping up with the food demand. There was only 1 working elevator, but didn't really pose a problem. The pool wasn't open and I'm sure families with kids were disappointed.

The room was clean, but I froze during the night. Do I use the thermostat on wall or the window unit to maintain the room temperature. The shuttle service was a godsend, since my car was frozen shut on my way TO the airport, 5:45 departure, and an answer to my prayers after my LONG wait, hold, wait, 12:00 AM return. My car was at the hotel, thawed, but stranded/

My flight was REALLY delayed on my return flight, so I called to make sure my room was available. The call was taken by a company in Florida, which said I did not have a room reserved. On the phone for 30-45 minutes, while boarding my plane, holding on the taxi way, eventually had to re-make my reservation. I was home for at least a week when I came across my reservation I DID have for my room on the return flight on February 6. So I was charged $106 instead of $78.50. AND I WAS SICK. Not exactly the ending I had hoped for following a wonderful week with my grandson, and my NEW granddaughter.

Didn't have time to eat breakfast, but staff was kind enough to allow me some milk to take meds when I got in late, and other guests in elevator said breakfast was decent.

I didn't 'not like ' but noticed that pool and one elevator were not usable. A family counting on pool could have felt discount was in order.
