Very pleasant and accomodating manager and staff, clean, nicely decorated rooms, very homey feeling. The location is on the Passion Play Road and away from traffic. Excellent continental breakfast and servers available, they were all like one big family. Nice upper deck area to hang out!

We were there early in the season and some minor maintenance issues with our room, had to be moved to a different room, but overall great experience, will stay there again and recommend!

Fresh fruit! Freshly baked rolls! Real butter! Manager helped bake and serve guests! Kitchen and dining area was so full of fresh and delicious other food options (sausage, bacon muffins etc plus a very high level of cleanliness

Simplistic convenient way to explore Eureka Springs . The inn is located on the Tolley route to all things Eureka. The Tolley takes you to the front door of the downtown shops and restaurant. The Tolley takes you to music in the park, art galleries, and venues. Relax meander and enjoy your Eureka experience.

Located right next to Christ of the Ozarks, can see it from the hotel. Easy check-in. Personable staff. Room was very comfortable, like a livingroom (couch, carpet, dresser, bed). Very comfortable bed and bedding.

Parking was limited (wish each room had an assigned space). Office/breakfast area very messy and not picked up, even around 2pm. Address on booking does not take you to hotel, it takes you up the road from the hotel to another business.

Great location for the Great Passion Play and friendly, helpful staff.

Worn out carpet, bed was okay- not super comfortable. Facilities were a little worn and tired. But many signs and little touches that indicate improvements and remodeling are coming. Ownership obviously cares and is working towards renewal. Very clean through out.

Staff friendliness. Breakfast with waffles made while we waited and she actually took the time to talk to us. All the staff was very helpful and nice !

We saw a cockroach:( If it wasn’t for that we probably would have rated it higher . The bathroom lights need to be dimmer also they blasted us every morning:(

Never saw a employee till when we were leaving which was a housekeeper. Never anyone in the office always locked. Channels on TV were very limited. I needed clean towels the second day we were there and couldn't find anyone and there were no phones in room to call the office.

Folks are very accommodating and friendly. We were expected and given a warm welcome upon arrival. It was nice and made us feel good. Appears to have been freshly updated with carpeting and furnishing since the last time we stayed there. I ve stayed other places in Eureka, but I keep coming back here.

A couple of small things notable of our stay were the complimentary continental breakfast was less than I personally expected. How is a continental breakfast defined? A cereal option and/or a waffle with milk or orange and juice. I personally love my eggs for breakfast. No eggs?

It’s a lovely property. We were happy with it. Breakfast was delicious. I love a good waffle! They had more but I love waffles so that’s what I ate. The hostess and staff were super kind and helpful. We got a king bed and it was SOOO comfy. I loved my stay.

We normally stay in 5 star hotels, however we've been in a bind and have been steady on just getting the bills paid lately. It's been nearly a year since we've been able to take our family out. My husband decided to take us out this weekend knowing we don't have the money to spend that we are used to spending we were skeptical because the last stay at a different motel her in eureka wasn't the best. However, our stay here has been the most relaxing and refreshing weekend we've had in a while. From the very moment we entered the lobby we felt at home. The staff is very friendly and family oriented we love it! Then we opened the door to our room and it felt so cozy and clean with the softest bedding and the beds are so comfortable it was so hard to get out of them. The building has block walls and are very well insulated we haven't herd anything around us and we haven't received any complaining about our kids being to loud. Even though we do our best to stay on the noise level, kids can still get load from time to time. Our stay here has given us opportunity to come closer together as a family and our kids have been able to be themselves here and we love it! Now that we've discovered this nice little homey and clean environment we won't be waiting our money on hotels any longer. Our family has a very low tolerance for allergies other places we've stayed in we ended up having to leave the first day but these rooms are so clean and not one of us has had a breathing problem one and the waffles are amazing! This is the place to come to get away from everyday life! We are very grateful to have found this place and the pricing is on point! This place deserves 10 stars 🌟 we will be coming back and bringing a crowd with us next time!
