If you’re looking for a truly cozy cabin that feels tucked away enough, but still close enough to downtown this is it! Such quiet and beautiful surroundings. The cabin was in excellent condition structurally and in cleanliness. Just a short drive to get to town and back. Be prepared for (short drive) gravel roads, I’m talking 5mph. Not steep or hilly drive though. Small cars and van do just fine. There are only a few cabins on property so it is not crowded at all. And there’s a decent amount of space between the cabins. The privacy is nice.

It was ok for our family with young kids, but there are no doors to the sleeping areas. The are rooms that are separated from each other, but only large curtains close them off from the common areas. Cute comfy rooms- just imagine one entire wall being made out of curtains.

Location was good. Management was very nice. Bed was comfy. Wished I would have read the amenities better as I can't get in and out of a hot tub due to rheumatoid arthritis. That was my fault, though. Would stay there again if I could rent a cabin that was a bit more secluded. I'm in

Bathroom sink wouldn't drain. No shower. No end tables for chairs or couch. Only 1 nightstand. Couch sunk way in. We had to take our own trash to the dumpster and clean the cabin. It was way overpriced for it's condition and odd rules.

Great location, beautiful and peaceful view, not too far away from the city center. My favorite part was the fireplace. We spent a lot of time at the property- watched a lot of movies on DVD, and enjoyed the fireplace. Great location to recharge.

The only part that was different is absence of an actual shower. They had a bathtub/jacuzzi and the “head shower” handle for a quick rinse. But, to be honest, it didn’t bother me that much.

The area around the cabin was heavily wooded and peaceful.

We did not know there was only a jacuzzi tub and no shower. I would not have selected this cabin if I had known. The cabin itself was pleasant, but the lighting was poor and the furniture dated. A few upgrades would make the cabin more appealing.

Location was OK. Received no breakfast. Cabin was clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Cabin comfort was great!

The last portion of the road leading up to the cabin was awful. Our car nearly got stuck in the loose gravel and sounded like the bottom of car was being ripped apart. My wife got really upset thinking a major repair might be necessary. After returning to Sherwood we had loud noises coming from undercarriage. Took it to dealer to have checked out. They tightened something and all is well. That road needs some attention for sure.

The tranquility was exceptional, the bed was wonderful, close enough to town but just far enough out.

The coffee pot was plugged up. Took forever to make a pot of coffee. The sofa bed is worn out. It sunk in the middle when sitting on it. We took the throw pillows and stuffed under the cushions to make it a little more comfortable.

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was very clean. It was very easy to access everything. We didn't have contact with anyone on check in. We saw many deer on the property and our cabin had all of the leaves blown out of the drive for easy access.

We didn't like the fact that we had to take our trash out to the dumpster that was quite a distance from the cabin. It was across from the office area. We always keep the place we are staying in tidy and trash bagged up and dishes washed. We just didn't like having to put the trash in our vehicle to dump it. It might seem trivial to some but we feel like the cleaning team should be responsible for that part.

Loved the location, appreciated the seclusion, and enjoyed the space in the cabin. I thought it was so nice they had coffee & creamer set in the room, dvds under player, & even bubbles. That was so helpful & fun to have those already set up.

I felt a little unnerved no contact, I wished I had met a face then having my name on a door advertising which bungalow I was staying in. That's just me though, I prefer to have a face with who I'm working with.

Immaculate cabin, very private, and kitchen well supplied with plates, pots and pans etc. Nice large front porch and other cabins had front and back porches. Porch swing, porch chairs, personal outdoor charcoal grill, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, With use of private fireplace in season. Large bathroom. Jacuzzi tub for 2. It’s very peaceful and quiet. Friendly and responsive property employees.

Sign onto property not very obvious. No paved roads on property. Regular cars would have difficulty bottoming out. We were in a 4 x 4 truck. Small flatscreen TV This is not a “resort” as the name indicates. Simply 7 cabins in dense woods. No mountain view from cabin while leaves are on trees. No other amenities. Ours did have a jacuzzi tub for 2 but no shower. You take out your own trash and attend to your cabin during your entire stay. WiFi sketchy. Only had 1 or 2 bars.

We loved every detail about it from the time we pulled up in our car until we drove away after our 2 night stay. I'd say what we enjoyed the most was the back deck. We spent the first afternoon and evening just taking in the peacefulness and the foliage...and sipping margaritas. We're from St Louis so we are big St Louis Blues fans and our tv had Ballys Sports Midwest and we were able to watch the game. Big plus! We spent each morning on the deck drinking coffee...which was provided. We had all ranges of weather. It was 80 degrees when we arrived. The air conditioner worked fine. A cold front came through our second night and the temps dropped to 40 degrees. We built a cozy fire with the wood that was provided. It warmed the entire cabin. I had read previous reviews so I knew there was only a jacuzzi tub for bathing...no shower. That was not a problem. We enjoyed it, but if you are not agile, it might be difficult getting in and out. We spent our entire afternoon the second day in downtown Eureka Springs. It was a Sunday so I understand it was a lot less hectic there than that Saturday before. We love that unique little town and it's only 5 or 6 miles from the resort. I feel like the pictures are nice on the website but it is so much better in person. Silver Ridge Resort has the convenience of being only 5 or 6 miles from downtown Eureka Springs yet you'll be staying in a beautiful cabin which makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. It really exceeded our expectations.
