We were staying 1 night and wish the hotel could have reserved our room AWAY from the elevator bay. It was difficult to sleep all night with noise and people running up and down the hall after midnight. Also the room was clean #212 but the microwave was NOT. Overall a good stay but a few small improvements needed to make it great. Thank you.

Lots of choices! Everything was hot and really good. We enjoyed it each morning during our stay.

The only thing we didn't enjoy, was we found stains on the comforter for one of the beds. There was a sheet on top that was covering it up. That is the only real complaint we have.

Everything was great. Looks clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Breakfast was amazing.

The pool was out of order during my stay. My family and I was really hoping for a swim. It was a big bummer. Kids were waiting patiently but sadly it was as not available.

Hot water in sink was barely warm even after running it for long time Breakfast bar could use mandarin oranges or other fruit besides apples

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy as were the pillows! Always love staying here when passing through.

the only thing I would change would be to have makeup remover wipes. This could be a new change but I remember having them available in the bathrooms when staying at these hotels but didn't have any this time.

Everything was in perfect working order. Nothing broken, torn or missing. Beds were very comfortable, great desk to work on and a nice sofa area to relax.

Poop (from dog?)smear stayed on floor in lobby for two days. Stain on a sofa in lobby not attended to.

1 wall plug-in was not working, Bedside clock needs replacing in room 215 LED is fading The light switch in the entryway wasn't working The desk chair wouldn't raise up the lever was broken, other yhan thatbit was great

Staff were very nice. It was clean. Good breakfast. Nice bright room. Good hot tub.

The room had a slight unpleasant odor. Pool towels are tiny and scratchy

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff and the cleanliness was wonderful. Great location too. Easy check in and really happy with there only being a $25 hold for the room.

Didn’t find any problems. I have no complaints about anything.

Room was WAY too quiet. Had difficulty sleeping due to sounds in hall, outside etc. need to have a tan that remains on for some white Josie
