Very good location, with comfortable rooms. not too noisy in spite of the road. The (independent) restaurant Lucky Buck is quite good, with a good variety of dishes.

The staff are not super friendly. Also there is an extra charge if you want your room tidied up everyday, which I find exaggerated since this is not exactly a cheap place. Also note that at the moment (end May 2023) the access to Yosemite NP via Hwy 120 is closed. Therefore you have to drive 70 miles to get into the park via one of the other entrances.

We had a great stay. The location is just a few miles from the north west Yosemite entrance. The room was very quiet so we could have a good night sleep before we left early morning for our hike. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and were able to answer a few Yosemite entrance related and other questions we had very thoroughly.

Clean, quiet, and tranquil DC charging stations were available to charge my EV. Lucky Bucks restaurant is located on the hotel premise and was the only convenient location to get food, breakfast, and dinner.

Only one ice machine located in a separate building and was far from the hotel room I stayed at. No slow AC charging stations available to charge EV.

Great location to visit Yosemite, 15 minutes drive to the entrance of the park, 1 hour drive to Yosemite Valley where there are many attractions and hikes to start. A great restaurant also to eat after the hikes with many vegetarian options. We could hear the birds singing from 4 am and we felt really being in the nature!

Our first night back in USA was a good one becauze the lodge lived up to its rating.. Very well situated Nothing close to Yosemite is going to be cheap so i think Buck Meadows is a great option

Not easy to find reception it is not named the same. Yosemite something looked like different place.

Nice clean updated room. Great location. A bargain for the area.

Shower drains slowly and porch/deck light was too bright at night. The curtain needs to be a few inches longer to block out the light. I had a hard time sleeping...I need it dark. Also... It would have been nice to know that we're checking in at the large hotel next door...that was a little confusing.

Location to park and Keurig cups for coffee. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant on site convenient and good for a quick bite to eat.

The pillows are awful. It was mentioned over and over in the reviews, not sure why they are still issuing hard pancake pillows that correlate to a poor sleep.

Nice, comfortable, and clean room. Everything was in good condition and well kept up. Beds were comfortable. The on site restaurant serves up good country fare. Large portions of hearty meals. Location is about 15 min outside of Yosemite gates and 15 min past Groveland.

Very secluded, little to no people. Which I like. Very quiet, aside for the sounds of nature.

Sweet little cabin, we got the king size, that was separate from the rest of the rooms. So very nice!

Room was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and had a nice layout of coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and soap, lotions etc, clean towel and nice sheets and pillows on the bed

Two things that made the stay a little difficult was the room air conditioner was extremely loud, had no way of adjusting fan speed etc. and turned on and off frequently making getting a good night's sleep impossible, also the trash bins were very close to the room and delivery trucks which both started making an unbelievable amount of noise very early in the morning. so a great room but not a restful night's sleep. one other note - the tv was a wall mount - mounted way over on one wall and away from viewing from bed. A swivel wall mount would have been nice.
