I liked the hot tub and the pool, plus the sauna and steam room was a nice bonus (though I did not use either of those). The rooms were very spacious, nice bathroom, plus a great balcony view of the entire courtyard.

The pillows were horrible. I prefer firm pillows, but these were way too soft and airy -- my head sunk straight through the pillows making them worthless. My neck/shoulders were stiff. Plus, the bathroom light never turned off -- no switch or anything.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Loved the amenities and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

We were on the first floor and the room above us was very loud, especially very early in the mornings. Because the floors are wood/vinyl, it was extremely loud and disruptive to our sleep.

Breakfast was tasty, if limited. Certainly better by far than standard hotel breakfasts.

My wife was injured coming from the parking lot to the room walkway. With the exceptions of the stairs and the last parking place next to the steps down, every parking space has a heavy horizontal pipe that stops cars (and people). My wife tried to step from the unprotected parking space down but she fell onto the walkway. She bruised and cut her knees and elbows. Of course, she has recovered, but we think you should consider blocking that parking space from cars and people.

Nice location, nice rooms, nice amenities (however we did not have time to use).

Staff seemed ok, not super helpful- but very polite. Didn’t seem to know the property - we had a heater outside our room that didn’t work - we call for maintenance and no one knew it was there, so they were unable to fix it. Fireplace in the room was nice, but would have liked to use our patio.

Fantastic person on front desk a young woman with dark hair and glasses. So sorry I can’t remember her name. She was very helpful and made up for some slightly strange hotel policies. She really went out of her way. The rooms are nice if fairly small- the 4 person room didn’t feel quite big enough but it worked.

I think having to walk through the car park to get to the pool feels a shame. It would be great to join the piazza to the pool to maintain the feeling of loveliness

The accommodations were amazing. I have never seen windows and mirrors and floors that clean! Would’ve loved a room that had a really good view of one of the verandas but that’s a bit-pick. We were hoping for at least a continental breakfast, but that was about all that we could really say we were disappointed in. The stay was great!

Full or continental breakfast included would be nice. And free bottled water.

We liked the fact they had hardwood floors instead of wall-to-wall carpet. The room, towels, bad sheets and bathroom were clean. The bath was big and specious. The location of the hotel is amazing and very close to everything. They also have an arrangement with the hotel next door, so the laundry is free to use.

You have an incredible staff. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The reception host remember my name later. We left our electric toothbrushes in the room, Brook assisted us in getting them back quickly - she was great. This is our second stay here and my son has stayed and our friends The Battens joined us and seemed equally pleased. We will stay here again.

We were very pleased with everything.

Very nice property: clean, pretty, and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating as well. We brought our bikes and were able to store them in our room, or they offered to store them for us. The property was like a small resort.

The only downside is it's about a 30 minute walk to the plaza, where most restaurants are (or you can drive).

Rooms were nicely appointed and the staff was very accommodating. This property has a hard time distinguishing itself from the Best Western it used to be and is on the same property. There is no porte cachere' at the Hilton; only at the Best Western. The sense of arrival at the Hilton is lacking but the do what they can with what they have. I will always see it as the upgraded side of the Best Western.

The pods in the parking lot. The lack of separation between the Best Western and the Hilton makes it hard for a guest to differentiate. Oh..... And the buildings are painted exactly the same!!! So confusing!
