Very comfortable, lovely breakfast, nice location & value for money

Air conditioning was very noisy, couldn’t use it at night for fear of keeping everyone awake, I did report it to front desk but obviously nothing was done

Room near gas station, liquor store, donut shop, Starbucks, sizzler, plenty of parking and FREE. Continental breakfast included: bagels, fruit, waffles, toast, eggs, sausage cereal, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, yogurt just to name a few. Hotel had a pool and hot tub, and inside room had microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge and we had a balcony. And an ice maker outside. Room was clean, smelled good, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and just enough blankets, roomie closet. And Mark at the front desk was very courteous, hospitable, friendly and welcomed us and wished us well as we left. Overall pleasant stay which is why our place to stay when visiting Long Beach this is our to stay place - no questions.

Loved everything about our stay

Sanjay and Mark were friendly and helpful. The rooms were great & comfortable. It was close to our daughter so we were happy.

The coffee machine was broken and they didn't have any pastries (no vender) so hard to grab & go. Bookings did not do as they proclaimed. We had changed the reservation months ago when our plans changed and they proclaimed no charge for cancellation. When we checked in on line there were 2 reservations. We tried to cancel the one and Levi said we had to pay $205 for taxes. That is just wrong and I won't use Bookings again!

The staff is so friendly and kind. Easy check in and check out through booking.com. The pool is not heated but that did not stop my kids from swimming in it. It was so clean and nice. There are no comp towels for the pool or a nearby bathroom. The breakfast options were amazing: There is grab and go items in a fridge like hard boiled eggs, cheeses a variety of yogurt. There are croissants, bagels, dry cereal, oatmeal, pop tarts, bread and fresh fruit along with a hot station with scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and a waffle station. There are also a variety of juices, milk, cream, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, syrup and ketchup. The room was really nice and roomy. We did not use the pull out sofa bed but it was nice to have a separate room to watch tv while the kids slept.

Great location, walking distance to pizza place, sizzler, donut shop, and liquor store. Hotel had a pool and hot tub, parking was included, they offer breakfast (waffles, toast, eggs, potatoes, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, 3 different types of cereal, coffee, orange juice, apple juice, Bottled water) great variety! Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, easy check in and check out. Comfortable bed, clean room, carpet, room had mini fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Very good size room.

Nothing to mention

Rooms was extremely roomy, well lit, and clean. Staff was very friendly especially at checkin. Location was close to freeway and had lots of restaurants nearby--ranging from fast food to $$$

Breakfast was similar to other BWs, but the area was tiny (nothing really to remediate on)--it was a dancing tango with other hungry breakfast folks to get out of each other' way. One thing they very can fix is to have hair conditioner!

Hot breakfast, close to the freeway, big room, clean bed, they allowed me to check in early (12:30) which was very nice, ample parking

The tub was slippery which indicates some molds from being not cleaned well, toilet old, when we arrived they were kicking out someone & police came to arrest him 🙈 around an hour away from downtown LA (with traffic)

Didn't like -Breakfast - scrambled eggs were fine, but would have liked potatoes rather than french toast strips with them. The " fried egg" look alike was rubbery and not very tasty. Would have liked a choice of bacon rather than just sausage. Food area was kept clean. Driveway onto the street too steep, even if going slowly. A plastic covering attached to bumper and under the engine was knocked loose.

I did like that my room was very clean, large and away from noisy areas as requested. Staff were all nice and helpful. The pool was clean and did not seem to have the smell of strong chemicals in it.

Breakfast was good, if they served bacon instead of sausage it would have been excellent! But there was no bacon.

Only thing I can complain about is them over charging my card and the maid opening my door without knocking.

Spacious room and location very clean , very quiet peaceful and overall nice place to stay I definitely would recommend it to friends and family and definitely stay here again ! Thank you to the staff

The TV remote did not work well very frustrating, , not enough moisture control in the bathroom.
