It’s pretty close to Yosemite, so that’s a plus. The beds were nice. It has AC. It’s within very close proximity of food (be careful because most things close at 9 or even ~6, so if you’re getting there after a day at Yosemite you might have to run to grab a bite to eat) my group got there like 2 minutes after the office closed :( so we had the self checkin, but that was exceptionally easy. For any remarks on the staff, I cannot comment because we never met anyone which might be a plus if you’re an anxious individual

Not really a problem but the shower is very precise, 1/18 of an inch up is boiling water 1/18 down and it’s cold, there is one atom where it’s nice, the water pressure is good. Also for taller people it is a little short, you can angle the head so not really a problem but something to mention

Good location, comfortable room for our 1 night stay. Clear messaging from owners in regards to checking in. We checked in late, after hours, but our key etc was easy to locate and we had no problems

The only reason I marked down 2 points is because we had a hell of a time closing/locking the door to our room. Should be looked at by maintenance. Also the pool leaves a lot to be desired, the water was clean but it needs repainting or preferably tiling and then it would be a lovely asset. At the moment it is very unappealing.

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is coming to or from Yosemite! I came from Yosemite and I was unsure if I would make the check-in times since I was coming in later than their posted check-in times but they were able to accommodate me for self check-in and I was able to follow all the instructions smoothly! There is assigned parking in front of your room which is super convenient as well. What I loved was that they gave a personal phone number that you can call or text if you had any questions which was super useful! The rooms were absolutely beautiful. I got a 2 queen bedroom and the pictures made it look old but the rooms have been remodeled to hardwood floors and look very modern. The beds are super comfy and the room had a refrigerator, coffee machine, and small table. I also came during Christmas time and all the decorations were SOOO CUTE! I loved it all! I appreciate all the lights! It made me really feel the holiday spirit! :)

The only thing that bothered me was the fact that our walls are a little thin and you can hear neighboring rooms but that is not too much of a problem at night! The bathroom was a bit cramped but it wasn't that much of a bother either.

Convenient for reaching Yosemite valley and not having to pay the high hotel costs there. Ample grocery shopping near by. Hardly any street noise. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Very friendly staff who let me check in earlier than the standard time.

Not enough electric outlets to load the phone and tablet. Maybe some multiple plugs would be useful. The shower could do with some upgrade, although I understand that changing the plumbing is cumbersome and expensive.

Although it is fairly basic, the accommodation is clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate - so, good value for money. The Lodge is excellently located for the stores and eateries in town.

The air conditioning unit was too noisy to keep on overnight. The shower would have been great if it didn't have the weirdest temperature control I've ever come across.

Location centrally on the main street with the accommodation set towards the rear of the plot so less traffic noise. Modern fittings and furnishings, good sized fridge and microwave.

Never actually saw any staff for check in or check out. Not overly impressed with the procedure for check in. Office unmanned in the afternoon so room key left in an envelope on a notice board outside visible from sidewalk. Pretty obvious to anyone walking by what all the envelopes contained doesn't seem for great security 🤔

The room was clean with freshly laundered sheets, you can smell it. The towels were pristine. Great location when visiting the Yosemite Valley. YARTS bus just outside the hotel.

We came way too early on the bus but they don't have a luggage storage but the owner Lisa was happy for us to keep them at the pool area where the gate can be closed.

I loved the ease of communication and a personal touch with the owners, very cute. Everything was fine, the town looks nice and inviting. There is a nice laundromat there as well, and of course a bank, various diners, restaurants. We only stayed here one night. I liked the beds.

In case it helps others, I’m a light sleeper and used ear plugs due to a/c being louder.

We were pleasantly surprised – our room looked even better than in the photos! The accommodation had everything we needed, and the self-check-in option was very convenient. We especially appreciated the cute envelope with all the necessary information. Thank you very much for a great stay!

We booked a last minute trip to Yosemite and stayed here with 2 couples and 3 kids. 3br apartment was perfect for us. Great space, so nice to have the kitchen and living space and essentially as close as you can get to the park without paying exorbitant rates. Responsive management to any issues we had.

Parking our minivan was a bit challenging, but by day 2, we figured out how to maneuver to our parking spot!
