Very friendly manager who went out of her way to help us with everything. Got a free upgrade because the AC in our booked room was broken. Comfortable beds, big room with everything you need for a short stay. Good shower, though even for someone who is only 173cm in height, it was mounted very low on the wall. Some contortion was needed to rinse my hair. Mariposa has excellent dining options, many varied restaurants of which the Ramen place was our absolute favourite. 45 minute drive into Yosemite National Park if you start early enough to be ahead of the crowds.

Every room has an extremely noisy AC unit, which produces a mini-heatwave on the outside of the rooms. The noise is constant, but if you’re into that it’s the perfect white noise to cover all the other noises of a hotel. The breakfast is complimentary, but a bit sad. Individual portions of cereal, plastic wrapped bagels, very sweet muffins and some highly sweetened yoghurt. In my opinion it would be better to save that money and fix the now defunct pool. There are perfect breakfast options within walking distance that open at 6 am as well.

Property was such a great deal! The front desk agent was welcoming and kind, the bedding was nice, they had a cozy extra blanket, plenty of towels, tub mat to avoid slipping, the in room appliances were so convenient- it was really all the small touches they included in the room to ensure convenience and comfort that made me wish I was in town longer.

Possibly a laundry bag, or plastic bag for dirty clothes, but it’s a small suggestion, the rooms are already very convenient and cozy.

Location was close to Yosemite. I liked that it was close to the restaurants/bars/breweries of downtown Mariposa. The front desk person was very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. Despite being busy due to many people arriving around the same time as me and my wife, she made sure to make us feel like we were tended to and for us to feel comfortable enough to reach out if there's anything we needed.

There were a few what seemed to be tiny fruit looking flies that were attracted to the lights by the bathroom sink mirror that were very distracting and difficult for me to ignore.

I like the location it wasn't far from Yosemite National Park.

I didn't like the curtains. They only had one set of shades. A blackout curtain, and that's it. They need to have a shade cloth where people can't see inside the room, but you can let sunlight in. I would rather have sunlight in the room than use the lamps or lights. But I don't like people being able to inside our room.

Clean, bright, safe and quiet Inn to stop over to Yosemite which is An hour drive away. It is also a short walk to park & ride Yarts bus to Yosemite. Restaurants are walking distance away too. The queen studio with 3 beds is spacious for our family of 4. The bed and pillow is comfortable. We slept well. I like that it is a non smoking & pet free Inn. The simple morning breakfast of cereal, muffin, bread, yogurt, fruit, coffee & milk is great to start our day. Staffs are friendly & helpful esp Kristen. We stayed on 2nd floor (our preference) so have to carry the luggage up the stairs but it is alright for us. Strongly recommended Inn to stay.

The property is very clean and cozy. Even though the room is not big, our family of 4 found it is quite a good space and felt comfortable and welcomed staying. The front desk staff is super nice and accommodated our requests as well. It is like an hour drive to Yosemite, not too far. It has a lot of restaurants and shops around the area.

There were some really noisy people two doors down. The staff member working that evening went and talked to them after I called and they were quieter, but I could still hear them for a while.

The property was good. Nothing fancy, but decent, as in what you would expect in a small town Inn. The manager was the best thing about the property, she was very friendly and did everything she could to make us comfortable. You have restaurants, convenience store, gas station, all within 200ft. About a 45 minute drive from the Yosemite national park

The town has no mobile coverage at all. (But they provide Wifi in the property.) Funny enough, you have plenty of coverage in the Yosemite national park itself.

Coming there late, I received a call from the staff who made sure that I am coming to have someone at the desk waiting for our arrival. The room was clean, with plenty of pillows (5) per bed. Complementary coffee/juice/water were provided by the hotel.

Bathroom could have some hangers.

Staff were very friendly and helped order our dinner when we arrived late and most restaurants were closed by 9pm. Light breakfast was included even though not listed in the hotel description and this was very useful as most places open only by 8am. Rooms were very clean. Get your lunch sandwiches at Pioneer market nearby (opens at 7am) if you drive to Yosemite.

Seemed a bit expensive for a motel. Also since every room faces a small courtyard with just railings - anyone in that courtyard can see inside your room when the door is open! Parking is limited but we did get one of the last ones.
