It was better than expected. I was in advance worried of the place being next to Tenderloin area with bad reputation, but we had no issues with that in the end. It was clean, very comfortable beds, convenient location close to public transport. I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and we liked the complimentary coffee and tea area.

We were 3 people in 4 people room. There was very little space for our luggage (2 big suitcases and 3 smaller suitcases). We used the one free bed as storage for our luggage, but I can't see where all the luggage would have fit if we had been 4 people in this room.

All of the facilities is gorgeous. Our room is clean and new. The property provides lockers to store our luggage before the checkin time. There is also a pantry with free coffee, tea, ice and one microwave. Moreover, there are working area, cozy sofa, coin washing machine and dryer.

1. The staff always missing at the reception area, we have to chat in Sonder application when we need to request something. 2. We stayed in room 310 which is on the 3rd floor and face on the street in front of the hotel. Every night around 1:30 am, there was a loud noise from the restaurant or might be pub that wake us up. The hotel did provide ear plus, that didn’t help. 3. There are lot of homeless around the hotel area, that make us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

There's a member of staff available 24/7 to help you check-in, check-out, and to provide you with any assistance you may need. Day 1 I had an issue with my amenities, and the woman at the front desk had it fixed immediately. They have a laundry room with free detergent pods you can use, a kitchen area, and free wifi.

The hotel is in kind of a bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless people around, which is not necessarily the hotel's fault, but I would be aware of it. Also, I feel like they did not do a good job of explaining that they would be taking a 300$ deposit from you at check-in, regardless of whether or not you had paid for the hotel in entirety before your stay. That was unfortunately a rather large chunk of my vacation budget, so I am upset about that.

The staff at were very friendly, and the location was extremely convenient, being close to the station. It’s just one block away from Powell station, and the entrance is always locked, requiring a key card for entry, so there’s no need to worry about security. There are also plenty of charging ports - 4 on the wall, 2 at the head of the bed, and 2 at the bottom - making it sufficient without needing a power strip. Notably, near the bed, there are 2 USB-type ports at the headboard, and at the bottom, there’s 1 C-type and 2 USB-type ports in 2 sets, allowing for easy charging even without a voltage converter. Under the bed, there are two drawers for storing luggage, each of which can be locked. On the second floor, there’s a lounge, laundry area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with machines for various coffees and hot chocolate, as well as a water purifier and ice dispenser, making it very convenient. The water purifier, in particular, is a great advantage as it allows unlimited access to drinking water.

Central position to everything. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The locker room was a convienent option to store my lugagge until the check-in. There is a shared kitchen to get a coffee or tea, reheat your meals or store them in the fridge. The self service laundry in the hotel was a big help. What i found the best was the conciergerie assistance from the staff and especially Asal, the hotel manager, as they received my packages which were delivered to the hotel before my arrival. They stored it safely for me. I appreciated it very much. The metro station is a one minute walk when arriving from or to the airport. Great experience which made my stay in San Francisco even more pleasant.

The staff were great and provided an upgrade ahead of my stay after I raised a small concern regarding the size of the twin beds which was amazing. The location was an ideal 5-minute walk from a conference I was attending at the Moscone Centre and for exploring San Francisco.

The area nearby the hotel can feel a little sketchy at times but the staff and hotel itself were always secure. There was also a slight smell of damp that I noticed through the hotel at times but it didn’t stop me from having a nice time.

The location is quite good (if you don’t take the nearby Tenderloin district into account). It’s close to public transport and parking spots. We also liked the kitchen area and the laundry room, which were convenient to use.

There was a very strong unpleasant smell in both the room and the hotel overall, which was a major downside. In theory, the Tenderloin district shouldn’t be an issue, but walking through it, even for just a few minutes, didn’t feel safe. It’s located just across the street, which we didn’t fully consider when booking—our mistake

The property is accessible to all places around san francisco downtown like restaurants, mall, public transportations like tour bus and train. All the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. They are all excellent which made our stay easier and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I dont think of any right now. We found the place a very good place to stay and worth the value. We are looking forward staying on this hotel again in the future

Great Hotel, Horrible situation outside with the Homeless and Drug use outside the Hotel

Employees were very friendly, the hotel inside felt very safe, and it was not noisy at all even though it is very central. Our room was quite okay in size, beds comfy and big enough, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also big enough (not too small, also shampoo and shower gel smell so nice)! There was one window with the view on the inside of the building, so we kept curtains down. It worked for us because we did not come for the room view... Common rooms are very nice (spacious kitchen with ice machine as well) and coffee there is great (and free of charge)! We did not use the laundry room, but it was also available and working. You can also leave the bags in a secured room if you come too early (or leave later), which is very nice.

The location of the hotel is basically on the border of not so pleasant neighborhood. It is not inside of it, and we had no particular bad experience, but when you come for the first time to the city and if you take the wrong turn, it feels kinda scary. But, if you approach the entrance from the upper side of the street, it's not as bad, and when you go just two blocks away (in the right direction), it's perfectly fine and close to all the fun places and public transport.
