My stay was really good. Staff was kind, received my parcel and delivered to me when I arrived. Room was big enough, with fridge-bar, microwave and sink on the room. The room was clean. I was a little worried before going there because of some old reviews about bugs and being unclean, but didn't have any of that, my experience was great.

By far the main issue is the location, in the corner of Tenderloin, there are homeless people, but after a while you get used and understand that they do no harm. Didn't have any issue with them, just the uneasiness. Of course this isnt the Inn fault, but an endemic problem of the area. But its near enough Powell Station, used it to go to and back the airport (with bags and all) and had no problem. The only issue that I had was the central heater was a little too hot in some of the days, by the morning, but not unbearable and better then being too cold.

Great location for where we was working needs better lighting & better reception for wifi it was hard for us to do our work on our lap top and use our cell other than that very clean as always we will be back again soon

The area but it worked for what we had to do bad lighting and poor wifi reception but again it worked for us

The staff met our needs and took care of our problems right away and then still allowed me too come back after my ex checking out day early.im so thank full and will let everyone know that this hotel room good

THE SHOWER & TOILET WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL AS THE ROOM even though I brought my own cleaning supplies

the location but it still was all good bcuz everything & everywhere were within walking distance that's y we r staying there again

the location was close to everything and the bed was comfortable and clean room and toilet.

nothing bad with hotel except outside had many homeless folks though they never bothered us.

The host was very nice and he helped us with everything we needed. Our flight it was in the night time and he was allowed us to keep our luggages on the property. I truly recommended this location. And is very close to any type of transportation.

the location is convenient to all the tourist spots and accessible to all modes of transportation.

nothing but for some people, they might not like the presence of many homeless folks. they didn't bother me though.

It is in a bad spot but security is great and you feel safe.

Staff was nice. Location was actually convenient, just that it’s in a not so good neighborhood. But nothing affected my stay there.

Room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful - gave good recommendation for wonderful restaurant nearby. It is located near Powell BART station.
