A return stay to the OMNI SF since pre-pandemic days and it was nice to see the same level of quality service: friendly staff from the doorman, front desk, restaurant, and especially housekeeping, all of whom me feel very welcomed. I also appreciated the coffee in the morning and evening, and apples throughout the day in the reception area. I chose the OMNI for its location - walking distance to many tourist attractions for down times (Embarcadero, Ferry Terminal, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown etc), as well as work in the financial district. Had a lovely stay.

Nothing I didn't like. One tiny suggestion is the bathtub can be a bit slippery when using the liquid soap, I don't remember this being an issue during my previous stay when bar soap was used. I didn't mention it while at the hotel as it wasn't a big issue.

Really Classic Hotel in the heart of the financial district of San Francisco making it an easy walk to some of the final dining establishments as well as the Embarcadero Waterfront the hotel also offered add on amenities on top of ABS reservation price making it convenient to scale up or scale down your reservation based on your spending capacity

While a lot of locations are convenient to the hotel if your focus is on the downtown shopping district then you might be in for a little bit of a walk and a lot of the establishments including bars in this area of San Francisco which is primarily offices closes earlier than some other parts of downtown. I also found that the prices were significantly higher than four and five star hotels in the vicinity of the Omni providing similar facilities and there was a little bit of a miscommunication or glitch wherein despite staying for the better part of two to three weeks and registering to become a member of the Loyalty program offered by the hotel my full room rate did not go down as part of my final check-in which I clearly remember being promised while checking into the hotel

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful building!

My only negative experience was with a waiter on our last morning there. I have a picky eater and he refused to let her order from the kids menu because she is 15. I’ve never experienced that, ever. When we got our bill it said kids eat free for our other child’s meal. If he had told me he couldn’t let my 15yr old order a kids meal because kids eat free, I would have understood. The breakfast food was bland, overcooked, and overpriced. The rest of the hotel was fantastic, I just would not go to the restaurant again.

Liked · I was very happy with my stay and pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Large room, comfortable bad (not overly firm), GREAT shower, very nice staff

Disliked · The window faced a very close, large office building that had bright lights on at all times of day even when it was empty. The curtains mostly blocked the light at night, but it was still annoying to open them and look directly into an office that would have bright lights on even at midnight. And the carpet could have been vacuumed better. There was also no mini-fridge in the room which I would have liked

Super hotel! Calm, peaceful (yes, even in the middle of San Francisco!) with lovely helpful staff. On arrival my flight was delayed by more than 3 hours meaning that I finally got here at past 2am! I had managed to text ahead so there was someone at Reception waiting for me. After checking me in, he took me and my heavy bags to the room. So grateful! I had the best night's sleep of my entire trip. Traditional decor and comfort but with the usual modern facilities.

The prices were definitely in the higher side you can compare to the other hotels in downtown San Francisco and the only negative I can really think of is the daily rate not being discounted after joining their hotel membership as I clearly remember was promised to me during check-in

Beautiful hotel, feels luxurious. While located in financial district, it’s walkable to many I’d the touristic attraction and most important the area feels clean and safe.

We were traveling as a family and took the two double beds room. While the room layout was great with enough storage space, the beds are small. It’s our fault as we know double beds are small but I wanted to point it out as I would expect to have at least queen beds available.

Everything was wonderful. Location, service, all staff very friendly and very helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Beds, pillow and linens were awesome. Very quiet. Beautiful. Nice view. It exceeded expectations in every way.

a lot of added fees I didn't know about. The room ended up being much more than I had anticipated. I thought it was going to be about $700 it ended up almost a thousand and I didn't have any room charges, room service, etc. That is just all the added fees and rate higher than what I saw when booking on Booking.com

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, nice bar and restaurant. Cable cars running right out front. They are doing everything right! Coffee in the room. Robes. Refrigerator. They even surprised us with champagne and strawberries upon finding out it was our anniversary weekend. Totally unexpected! Totally appreciated! Destiny at the front desk is the best! This is where I'm staying next time I'm in San Francisco!

The staff and service at the Omni went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were so helpful and incredibly nice! Little things like having a snack and water in our room after we returned from an excursion and sitting down with us to help plan our day were very much appreciated.

The only thing that I didn't like were the pillows! I didn't sleep as well as I thought I would and I think it was becasue of the feather pillows. Not a deal breaker though...
