My son and I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for with such genuine kindness and peace. There was a calm and uplifting atmosphere that brought us so much comfort. Every smile and thoughtful gesture felt guided by something greater. We’re truly thankful for the experience and for the people who helped make it feel like a home away from home. Wishing continued blessings to everyone there.

Very clean room and bathroom in a perfect central location in Chinatown, with easy walking distance to downtown, Little Italy, the piers, the cable cars, art gallery, baseball stadium and more. Extremely good value for money. Very high quality customer service, who went above and beyond. Also secure, reasonably priced 24 hour parking as recommended by the staff.

The location is a little far from train station and if you want to walk to it, consider the hill. The room is clean and well-organized. There is no breakfast, and I know this before I arrive to the hotel. I don't know if they give laundry service.

Personally, I found the bathroom narrow, making it difficult to wash freely. This may be difficult to make adjustments for the hotel.

Location is great. 👍Have stayed at Grant Plaza on multiple occasions and will stay there again. ✌️ Staff very helpful and understanding. I had a major problem with my bed. I was moved to another room, no extra charge, no questions asked..

Problem with the twin bed I had but I was moved to a separate room with a double bed. Very accommodating staff, they allocated the spare room without any issues.. The rooms are just that - somewhere to sleep.. Don’t expect to be able to lounge about in your room.. Space is a premium.. And if you’re on holiday/vacation, the only reason to be in the room is to sleep or shower and both these requirements are catered for satisfactorily.

Very good value for money and Chinatown is a better location than downtown. It feels much safer. The room wasn't big but fine for the price.

The hotel is great value if you are in SF on a budget. The bed could be better, the tv more modern but there weren't any real issues.

The location of this hotel is fantastic at the start of China town on Grant... You are no more than a few blocks from BART and Muni routes to get you all around the city.

This isn't the hotel's fault but Pine Street which runs next to the hotel sometimes has a lot of traffic and some vehicles can be quite loud. A pair of ear plugs sorted the issue out for early morning noisy traffic.

Great location and really good value for money. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. People at the front desk were polite. Overall a good stay.

There's no free parking with the hotel. I probably should have read the Booking description better, or maybe it was vague on purpose... But I booked the hotel thinking there was some sort of parking - and it's just that the hotel will validate your parking ticket at a specific garage to get a discount, and that specific garage was not easy to find.

Very nice location and free from homeless people. Felt very safe to be there which was one of the main things I was looking for.

The elevator felt a bit old and does noises, so watch out of you're claustrophobic. that's the only thing I have to say. Overall I loved the place and Would stay there again

The room was very comfortable, the location was central and convenient, and the staff were exceptional. Can't wait to stay there on my next trip.

It's a great place for short stay. Straightforward, no frills and flexible service and staff. The location is central enough. It's a good value for money. Staff did really their best to help me out and accommodate my odd timings!
