A return stay to the OMNI SF since pre-pandemic days and it was nice to see the same level of quality service: friendly staff from the doorman, front desk, restaurant, and especially housekeeping, all of whom me feel very welcomed. I also appreciated the coffee in the morning and evening, and apples throughout the day in the reception area. I chose the OMNI for its location - walking distance to many tourist attractions for down times (Embarcadero, Ferry Terminal, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown etc), as well as work in the financial district. Had a lovely stay.

Nothing I didn't like. One tiny suggestion is the bathtub can be a bit slippery when using the liquid soap, I don't remember this being an issue during my previous stay when bar soap was used. I didn't mention it while at the hotel as it wasn't a big issue.

Liked · I was very happy with my stay and pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Large room, comfortable bad (not overly firm), GREAT shower, very nice staff

Disliked · The window faced a very close, large office building that had bright lights on at all times of day even when it was empty. The curtains mostly blocked the light at night, but it was still annoying to open them and look directly into an office that would have bright lights on even at midnight. And the carpet could have been vacuumed better. There was also no mini-fridge in the room which I would have liked

Everything was wonderful. Location, service, all staff very friendly and very helpful and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Beds, pillow and linens were awesome. Very quiet. Beautiful. Nice view. It exceeded expectations in every way.

a lot of added fees I didn't know about. The room ended up being much more than I had anticipated. I thought it was going to be about $700 it ended up almost a thousand and I didn't have any room charges, room service, etc. That is just all the added fees and rate higher than what I saw when booking on Booking.com

Super hotel! Calm, peaceful (yes, even in the middle of San Francisco!) with lovely helpful staff. On arrival my flight was delayed by more than 3 hours meaning that I finally got here at past 2am! I had managed to text ahead so there was someone at Reception waiting for me. After checking me in, he took me and my heavy bags to the room. So grateful! I had the best night's sleep of my entire trip. Traditional decor and comfort but with the usual modern facilities.

Beautiful hotel, feels luxurious. While located in financial district, it’s walkable to many I’d the touristic attraction and most important the area feels clean and safe.

We were traveling as a family and took the two double beds room. While the room layout was great with enough storage space, the beds are small. It’s our fault as we know double beds are small but I wanted to point it out as I would expect to have at least queen beds available.

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, nice bar and restaurant. Cable cars running right out front. They are doing everything right! Coffee in the room. Robes. Refrigerator. They even surprised us with champagne and strawberries upon finding out it was our anniversary weekend. Totally unexpected! Totally appreciated! Destiny at the front desk is the best! This is where I'm staying next time I'm in San Francisco!

The staff and service at the Omni went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were so helpful and incredibly nice! Little things like having a snack and water in our room after we returned from an excursion and sitting down with us to help plan our day were very much appreciated.

The only thing that I didn't like were the pillows! I didn't sleep as well as I thought I would and I think it was becasue of the feather pillows. Not a deal breaker though...

- Great location, safe and close to main interest points - Big room with very comfortable bed - Great bathrobes - Quiet room

- There was a strange smell in our room, I think some nice air fragrance would be a good idea - We found hair in our bathtube - We did not know there were some discounts for local businessses the hotel has partnership with (bike rental, bar, restaurant). We were not informed about it at our arrival and discovered it at check out

The bed was very comfortable and we were not charged for valet parking during holiday season. We did tip of course. The location is in financial district but without the aggressiveness of Union Square and was close enough to walk to it. We walked to Chinatown, ferry building in the morning and we loved it. The staff provided us with umbrellas and had water, coffee and fruit in the lobby. Very nice touch. I know I run a small inn.

It is in a great location. Plus the entrance and reception is very well done up. We liked the shower equipment too

The rooms were dated and small but overall decent. We also were told that we only had 2 bottles of water per day when there were 4 of us which was odd that the hotel staff would make a deal out of it but overall a good stay.
