I loved the location. It s very central and I felt safe walking around even at night.

I specifically used the filter for hotels with parking when booking, knowing how expensive parking can be in San Francisco. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. Instead, they recommended a public parking facility, and I ended up paying $100 for two nights. Be aware of this and factor it into your overall assessment of the hotel

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Embarcadero BART, MUNI tram and even closer for bus routes. Also 10 minutes from the main Embarcadero Ferry Building and 5 minutes from a Safeway supermarket. Great apartment and very friendly staff. Easy check in and FREE coffee available 24/7.

We had a suite with kitchenette, which was generous for the 3 of us, very comfy main bed, two TV's one for bed other above desk area ,fresh towels everyday, nespresso machine in room, Excellent hearty breakfast via voucher in adjacent Fish and Farm ,also had a steak there one night which was awesome! Complimentary coffee/ tea in lounge area on ground floor. And complimentary chilled water machine with bottles on our floor. 3 lifts Staff all very friendly location good 10 mins walk to Pier 1 and 10 mins to Embacadero Bart/ Muni station about 25 mins walk upto Ghiradelli square or Fishermans wharf if you not stopping looking in all the restaurants and 20 mins walk down to Union square

only niggle was our TV,'s where a bit inconsistent with operation with pic sound issues

The property was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the ferry building with access to the trolly cars which could take us to fisherman’s wharf. There was a Safeway supermarket on the way so we could grab items on our way back to our room. The room had a kitchenette which was great when travelling with kids ( bring your own plastic plates, bowls, spoons etc). There was also a free laundry available. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was really good.

The room didn’t have any view but it wasn’t an issue as there is a nice outdoor viewing deck plus the good things about the hotel outweighed this.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times, for the following reasons: - the hotel is very quiet (as opposed to many others closer to Union Square, for example) - it's a safe location to walk at night - it's very close to public transportation to/from the airport (bus and BART) - it's very easily-walkable to Market Street and The Embarcadero / Port area - the beds are very comfortable - there's a yoga mat in the wardrobe - there's free tea/coffee behind the lobby area - the restaurant serves a pretty decent breakfast at reasonable prices for SF - there's a really nice rooftop area to relax when time permits - the staff are friendly and helpful

The decor is a little worn, but that said, I'd rather this hotel than many others I've stayed at in SF, for the reasons above.

This was an amazing hotel with great amenities, I believe it's the eighth floor. They have a cabinet for guest if you forgot like a razor Q-tips shavers toothbrushes all complementary love it everywhere around the hotel has complementary water bottle fillers with filter. Water is also complementary laundry facility in the lower level, as well as a workout room. and then the rooftop terrace on the 11th floor is a beautiful during the day and night. I believe the hotel is easy access to everything I was traveling with both my kids 20 and 13 and we walked everywhere from our hotel even at night and felt super safe. The parking garage is right across the street with a tidbit of an idea. It's a 24 hour parking for $37 so if you're only there three nights four days, you only get charged for the three nights which is really cool and the parking garage is easy access and it is remarkable. We will def stay here again. We walked all the way down to fisherman's wharf Alcatraz back the Giants game and back and was able to take right off the highway and go to Santa Clara San Jose Golden Gate Bridge in lombard.

The location is in financial district of san francisco, in safe area near chinatown and embarcadero. It's walking distance to embarcadero, port of san francisco, pier 39 and fishermans wharf. Easy access to public transport such as bart, metro, streetcar, cablecar and bus. Bart is the efficient option to/from airport with embarcadero station is the nearest one. The hotel is little bit old but still in very good condition. My room was spacious with separate sofa in living room and also complete kitchen such as fridge, microwave, sink and stove. My room also had lovely balcony. I really appreciate free coffee and tea in the common lounge in the ground floor. I love their gym room which is small but complete. Near safeway to do groceries shopping and chinatown to buy some souvenirs. The hotel is clean and well organized, i can keep my luggage in front desk before check in and after check out. Shout out to Marie in the front desk, she's very helpful and friendly during my stay.

Loved it. Comfortable room except the shower took about 4 minutes to get warm, so I had a routine of walking in the room, turning the shower on and then turning the tv on, getting undressed and using the toilet first. Then it was ready. Nice touch with the fridge and coffee facilities. Look, SF is a rip off for hotels, so this was a great hotel for the price and location and the breakfast I had included was great. As greasy and filling as I would expect in the US. Lovely. Free stuff on the floors like a comb, deodorant and other things was a nice touch. Also, tissues next to the bed was a welcome touch for a solo traveller. Staff - 10/10 Bed - 10/10 Bathroom - 7/10 Hotel - 10/10 Tissues next to bed - 11/10 Overall, fantastic!

The location is fantastic. It is described as a financial district, but what that really means is that they are close to all 4 Embarcadero Center locations which have a bunch of great places to eat and visit. Our room window was facing kind of a private street which actually was facing the entrance to the Punchline comedy bar. You might hear so much about San Francisco having dirty streets, etc., but I have to tell you the streets and the air were both very clean compared to about ten years ago. We happened to have a window that we were able to crank open just enough to let the nice cool bay air come in and it was awesome. It did not smell bad at all compared to where I live in the country-that cool air was phenomenal. Very close to the Ferry building and an Uber drive is less than $10. It would cost you a lot more if you tried to drive yourself and find a parking spot. They have a very nice restaurant/bar in the same building and they have a happy hour wine time and you can buy drinks to take up to your room as well. I had my daughter with me and she wanted a dessert and they had a very nice chocolate cake and a milk to go for her. They were very nice about it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing! All good from what we experienced in one short visit. My daughter got a little chilly and I called down for a couple of extra blankets and they brought them up right away and left them by our door even before I had a chance to check for them! I consider that great service.

We absolutely loved this hotel because of great location - it was super close to Embarcadero where we saw fireworks at New Year Eve! You also have many restaurants/bars around the area. The room was spacious and clean, King bed was super comfortable and view amazing (the only thing is that we had to request to change to a new room as at the beginning we got a room with a view to internal yard). The hotel also has a nice view terrasse and a big hall at the 1st ground floor with coffee machines, tea and fireplace. Another great fact was having machine and bottles for free water refill on the floor as well as all guest necessary stuff (like in my case I needed a sewing kit and guest service answered via sms I could have one from the wardrobe close to the machine). This is incredibly efficient! We just loved it! Last but not least we loved an Espresso machine and capsules availability in the room. Be aware that parking is in the neighbor building (Embarcadero 1) and it cost 37$+tax/ 24 hours ;) We stayed for 3 nights, and we didn't regret at all! Highly recommended!

The only thing is that we had to request to change to a new room as at the beginning we got a room with a view to internal yard - but it was done without any constrains! Also, parking is 37$+tax/ night, but it is rather normal for a big city with a hotel in good location.
