Perfect location, nice functional hotel, clean with comfy beds but no luxory. positive impression, especially after reading some of the negative comments by other guest. You will not find a completely sound proof room in the center of a big town - so earplugs could do for the sensitive - or a visit to the country side. Also plenty of excellent Italian and Chinese restaurants very close to the hotel. You are in San Fransisco, USA so less fortunate people can’t be avoided in a centric location. I did not find the few homeless people around problematic (sad though) but did not stay out after 10pm. Hotel has huge TV screen in common room for guests and an OK restaurant. Perfect location and great value for the price.

Note that restauants close early in the US compared to Europe, dining out seems to be 6-8pm. Extravagant ones open till 10 😅but that is an exception. Writing this as I saw several comments saying that there are no restaurants in the area, which is completely wrong. Plenty of dinner places but they close early.

Great position, really close to Chinatown and north beach, you can easily explore some neighborhoods of the city walking from the hotel There is also a Starbucks really close so if you don’t wanna pay for your breakfast at the hotel (it’s not included in the price you pay) you can just walk 2 minutes and get a coffee

It’s a dated building, the bathroom wasn’t so clean but acceptable, I didn’t like not having a different choice of pillows, I had four of them and there weren’t any differences. The WiFi is available but it doesn’t work so much, if you want the premium one you have to pay. There is a huge parking lot close to the building but if you go there with your car and you want to get the service of parking with the hotel it’s very expensive. My journey wasn’t bad but I had high expectations and seeing the prices per night I think they should improve some things, I’m not sure about choosing this hotel again if I’m coming back to San Francisco

Private and secure feeling with the elevators being key run

The bathroom was rather small and the toilet seems close to the door so you can’t even stand there without touching it. I was also arrived a little early so tried to use the restroom in the lobby and was meet with a lady middle age hugging what I assume was her son but about 13 in the women’s bathroom, then opened the stall door and it was overflowing with poop. So I just left and decided to wait until I could get into my room.

Good location for access to central San Francisco, easy access to Chinatown and its restaurants and short walk to Union Square, ferry port etc and buses/trams. Corporate style hotel but clean.

We were initially placed on two different floors despite being a family of 5 and asking to be close together. They did resolve this but we were still different ends of a corridor. Service polite but formal. Not particularly friendly.

The room was all the way at the end of the hallway. It was a far walk from the elevator but I didn't mind because I like to walk for exercise. Plus, it was quieter being at the end of the hallway, not near the elevator where there is more foot traffic.

Sometimes, I had a hard time with putting my key up to the pad in the elevator. It wouldn't read it and then it would pass my floor and I have to try again.

Very clean, great view, staff friendly enough, no surprise charges, refrigerator in room, good temperature controls, comfortable beds and great pillows. So many delicious Asian food options, playground right across the street, close to Chinatown, walkable to many locations, able to order Amazon fresh delivery.

Ridiculously high vending machine prices. Limited food choices nearby, especially for picky eaters. A longer walk to shoreline attractions. No microwave in room.

The room and bed was plenty comfortable for price point in San Francisco. Location was perfect since this was a business trip and I needed to be in the financial district. It was still close enough to some sights and sounds of SF so it's still convenient.

As expected for parking in a major city, it is very expensive for overnight parking. However, the price is about market price for the area.

The hotel was centrally located--right near Chinatown!--and had all the modern conveniences. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff went above and beyond to help us when one of our kids got sick unexpectedly.

The hotel was expensive, and charged an additional $60/day for parking, but worth it for the location and experience.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We come here often. Kenisha at the front desk is so professional and friendly, She greets us by name and adds a personal touch that makes us feel right at home. For all of our stays the rooms have been clean and comfortable. The views are great too. The location is perfect too. Lots of great restaurants - Chinatown, North Beach, Embarcadero.

No complaints.
