Everything was perfect, as I would expect from the Four Seasons. Fantastic view of the harbor, Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge from our room on the 39th floor. Delighted to see the Blue Angels perform during Fleet Week. Fantastic bed, linens and blackout in this corner room. Excellent hot coffee delivered by room service

This is a minor knit, but there could have been more furniture in the room. Lots of open floor space and lacked two comfortable chairs to sit in.

Fantastic stay at the four seasons. We don't stay in 5 star hotels very often but it was a special occasion and our last night in the usa so we splashed out. So worth it - the staff from the very beginning made our stay memorable. Thank you. The views are amazing - we upgraded to a corner suite . The beds are very comfortable.

Exceptional views over the bay. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good l location and well connected. Highly recommended for a 3 or 4 day visit to San Francisco.

It took them a while to reply to me regarding a claim on the invoice, but they finally did so in a satisfactory manner.

Everything was perfection, and the staff we generous with their time and their diligence. The room was like heaven. The food was delicious. Everything about our stay reminds us why the Four Seasons is worth it!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was the best. I would definitely stay right here again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The breakfast food could have been better...but it was ok.

Staff were great especially the concierge who was brilliant at organising our day trips and advising us on the best routes to get to places

Dinner menu in restaurant was very limited and food took quite a long time to arrive, considering hardly anyone was there and was luke warm. If it had been hot it would have been delicious!

The location was great. The bathtub was amazing. The view was spectacular. The employees were amazing and so kind. The concierge was so helpful and booked us massages and sent them to our room.

Having a set of utensils in the room for food we brought with us.

I would like to thank all of the staff for being so generous and did an upgrade on my reservation because I marked that it is my first Anniversary . Thank you Four season for everything that you did to make my first Anniversary fabulous .

EVERYTHING IS STUNNING , no complaint at all .

I felt the food was Great but way too expensive for quality and portions. You could charge half and still be 30% more than a normal restaurant. I think with the prices you're charging for the stay and parking and services you should be more reasonable on food pricing.

The pricing on food and for parking was also out of line for staying on property multiple days.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, I asked to switch my room and they did without question ask

The location is middle of anywhere you would like to go
