The cost was reasonable. Location great. Lots of light in the room. We were on the 10th floor (1002). Size of the room okay, though we were in the 2nd smallest room on the floor after having booked a Premium category room. Tea and coffee facilities at lobby were good. Room was clean and spacious. Will stay again.

Missed a water dispenser. Missed a micro in the room or in the lobby area. Yes. The lifts are slow but that didn’t piss us off. No floor displays for the lifts so one didn’t know how long the wait was. Someone has earlier written that the lifts were last checked in 2021. Have attached a pic of a letter from the authorities that says that the lifts permits are valid till inspection is done.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel 32One. I called a week before my visit asking that I be placed on the same floor at my friends. It's not always guaranteed, but they listened and placed me right next door to them. Check in was super simple, swift and to the point. The receptionist was pleasant and very informative about what was available and how to use the key to gain entry along with the complimentary drinks at the bar next door. I didn't realize how close I was to Chinatown, literally a stones throw away. In fact this hotel is in such a central location that everything I needed was within walking distance. Harlan Records was the icing on the cake. Tons of food and drinks nearby.! The room was clean and extremely quiet. My girlfriends were loud and rowdy and I didn't hear a peep while I slept like a baby. The pillows were like clouds and so was the bed. There isn't on sight parking, but there is a secure and clean parking garage right around the corner that was very reasonably priced with in and out privileges. Check out was once again swift and simple. I checked out and asked to leave my bag at the front desk so I could grab breakfast. All employees were very pleasant and attentive and I will be back.

The location was good, very central for everywhere. Not a bad walk to Fisherman's Wharf, right at the entrance of Chinatown and only a few roads away from Union Square. It's clean and modern, I like that you need a keycard to get into the hotel. I did originally book a hotel in Fisherman's Wharf for double the price so glad I changed my booking as this hotel has everything you'd need for a city break away. Staff were always helpful and Friendly.

It does only have a ceiling fan and not Air-conditioning, rooms aren't massive but was well equipped with everything you need. Can be a little noisy.

This is a smaller "boutique" hotel, and the vibe was comfortable. The rooms were updated, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with plenty of pressure. The location is great -- easy walk to loads of good restaurants. Chinatown is the next block. Great ice cream shop across the street. Easy walk to Montgomery Street BART/Muni station.

Great location! Near Chinatown. Facilities were clean. Nice and breezy fan. Staff was nice. Free drink for bar right next door was nice! Overall happy with our decision. Other hotels in the area seemed to be nice with the rooms but location reviews stated there were issues with the un-housed being outside. That was not the case here. Felt very safe. Fried in room was nice and there is a microwave downstairs you can use.

The room is a little on the smaller side, but that wasn’t a huge deal. Main concern was the shower. Water would come out through the edge of the glass partition. We put a towel on the side to capture it so it wasn’t a major issue.

The shower was great, very modern and powerful. The location was ideal for Chinese town and not too far to get taxi to pier for Alcatraz so was quite cheap. You can walk but it was very early when we left and had to be there at 8am. Bed was super comfy and there was a coffee maker in the room

The lift was very old and slow. It then stops and has a split second before it opens so if your anxious of lifts avoid. There is only one lift so if you do get stuck as least it won’t be long before anyone notices. We were also in a room next to the lift shaft so could hear it creaking up and down all night.

This property was great value for money considering the high San Francisco prices. Location was walking distance to Chinatown, Union Square, BART stations and many restaurants. Room was clean, modern and had no carpet which we appreciated. Hotel has free coffee/tea in the lobby as well as a microwave and ice machine. Room had a small refrigerator that was nice to keep drinks or leftovers. Bed was really comfortable.

No AC but we knew this when we booked. Room does have a large fan and a window that can be opened.

Great location, very close to Chinatown Gate under 10 blocks from Powell Station and Westfield . Friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean premises overall.

The hotel it's a little bit pricey, but San Francisco is not cheap anyway. Just be careful if you go out at night, because there are a lot of hustlers around Market Street.

Very comfortable bed and very clean room! Loved that we could open the windows for fresh air, and the curtains were beautiful blowing in the breeze. Our room only came with 1 caffeinated coffee pod, but when we asked them to bring us up more, the coffee arrived within 5-10 minutes. The location was amazing - right across from the Dragon Gate entrance to Chinatown. Plenty of cute bars and eateries just outside of the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again!

There was a smell coming from the toilet even though the bathroom itself was very clean. It might just be that the toilet itself is old. When we closed the bathroom door, we couldn't smell it anymore, so it wasn't too big of a deal. I also wish the view would have been better, especially since I selected "room with view." Personally, I wouldn't have labeled this room as one with a view because we could only really see the buildings right next to us. However, the room itself was so pretty and comfortable that we didn't much mind.

Location is great, close to a lot. The rooms are renovated -- although no a.c.. Which in general, for SF, is fine. But important to note.

Wi-fi is weak. There was a constant noise (I don't believe from within the hotel). But basically, in room 501, I'd here what seems to be someone dragging a chair. That is the best description I could give. I had to put on white noise to not have it affect my sleep.
