We decided to stay here because of the kitchen (check out that powerful electric stove!) and was a bit surprised how clean our room was and the bed! Comfortable enough! The staff are efficient they responded to our request in a timely manner. Parking was not an issue. 👍 Laundry facility was good. I can’t wait to stay again at ESA with other feature amenities like gym, pool and full breakfast. It’s a great location fyi. Walking distance to Target and Bestbuy and few mins drive to other nice places like shopping centers and restaurants.

It was nice to stay here but occasionally you come across guests that seemingly appear to be homeless using the facilities which makes it a bit scary but overall it was a nice place for extended stay and cook! 😊 also, our room didn’t have a ironing board and a hair dryer.😏 this hotel is not a five star so do not expect too much. We’ve stayed in 4-5 star hotels before and we don’t mind staying here. You will see old furnitures and other things but we don’t really mind.

Didn't like nothing the ladies were very rude in the French crazy they're black not black but they're racist to all people when I was in there that's the only thing I did like at least it just wasn't towards me it was towards every race

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is right next to a target and a Home Depot. Being in the trades it was perfect.

They advertise there kitchenette on the website but my stove didn't work. Wasted $18 on a steak I couldn't cook.

I had to try 2/two different rooms before they finally got it correct. I wouldn't recommend it, to anyone. However, they did put forth an effort. They were Polite, and courteous, I would go back, looking to have A better experience .

Everything was actually great, even with not receiving the breakfast. I’d let it pass because they did an awesome job!

There was some construction going on so it was a bit dusty in the elevator hallway.. but other than that it was great!

I like this place

I lost my ID and just like everything else it was affected by fraud and under investigation. I did stay here often and the staff is friendly yet firm on rules. I just wish that as a client I would be able to bypass this investigation and enjoyed a night if I was charged.

Staff was kind. I was here due to being displaced related to an apartment fire.
